I usually do curbside pickup for the convenience and most of the time I receive a notification that my order has been pulled and ready for pickup even earlier than my chosen time. Refreshing! On this particular visit, I encountered Jamie, one of the employees transporting items out to waiting customers queued up in their cars. I had 2 online orders and Jamie was able to consult the manager on duty and partially combine items from these orders so that I could fulfill my shopping list without over purchasing. Also, most surprising takeaway, one of my items was the final one in stock and Jamie tracked it down and saved the day for me because I needed it for the next day and was a bit panicked. Kudos to both Jamie and the manager on duty for making me one happy customer and for going way beyond expectations for outstanding customer service.”
