Took my iPhone to get repaired for what I thought was a cracked screen after dropping the phone over 25 ft onto a concrete floor. The phone was a gift from a family member that had put a glass screen saver on it which I didn’t remember.When I returned to pick up the phone after being quoted $120 to replace screen, I was pleasantly surprised to hear the screen protector was the only thing damaged, thanks to that screen protector and my trusted otter box. They returned my phone with no charge. I cannot appreciate their honesty and integrity enough. They could have lied and charged me the $120 and I would have never known any difference… but these are good people! I will never forget that!

They fix a broken screen later that day the screen went black took the phone back to replace it with another screen and screen protector

This place is super solid. The repair did not fix my phone and they gave me a full refund without asking for the parts off of the phone back. A1 customer service in my book ??

Devin was super rude and unaccomodating. I had a claim and he refused to even look it up. I asked him to call the warranty people to let them know he could not repair my phone. He reluctantly did so. They asked to speak to me and he acted as if it repulsed him to give me the phone. I put it on the speaker to hear better and he told me to turn it off. Another employee came out and tried to be helpful but the terrible customer service of Devin ruined it for me. I left the call and the store. Phone still broken ?

Great, phone fixed in an hour but also lost my windshield wiper in the snow storm while waiting, they fixed me right up, put it on in the snow and everything, and of course it didn't just go on easily. They saved my day! Truly appreciated it!

Great for timeliness but I asked for a glass cover, one person said they were out another person said there was a whole box. When I picked it up, no glass cover. Also got a white face on my black phone. Works great Though.
