I went to this carwash when I first moved here 2 years ago and it was the best wash my car has ever gotten outside of my doing it myself. Last week I went again and first thing I noticed was that it was definitely not vaccumed. No, I didn't do the most expensive package, but the package I chose had vacuum as part of the service. I didn't make a fuss as I didn't have the time for them to take it back again to do it.
When I got to my destination and got out of my car, I found that the roof of my car is scratched to hell. I am extremely displeased. I should have just washed it by hand like I usually do, but I didn't have the time and my car really needed a bath and vacuum.

Console cup holders and surrounding area still sticky. Asked for rag. He got in and wiped it. When I got home, had to clean it myself. Still dirty.

Long time car wash. I have been going there for years. They do a good job for the price. In my experience, they take good care of the car as it goes through their process.

I brought my car to them for the first time today and wow, they did an awesome job! So great that I went back in and gave them a $20 tip! I didn't have any cash on me, sorry guys but I'll be bringing cash next time! Thanks for doing such a great job!
