Really good Walmart employees. Hardly No powerchairs for actual handicap people. And the one we seen a Walmart employee was sitting in the parking lot playing on her phone. Great customer service. And she actually said “no I am using this” I was floored.

Seems like the items I like and use are not available when I go or high up on the top shelf so that I can't reach them and usually nobody around to help me get it down. Sometimes I wait until a kind tall person comes along to help me or I just leave without the item I went there for. Also I have been a Walmart plus member for over 3 years deliveries almost always have an issue either missing an item or the item sent was the worst one on the shelf. Spend a lot of time on the phone getting issues ironed out. Will be considering another service when renewal date comes up.

The Walmart associate in Lawn and Garden was especially helpful. I was very happy with my experience. The store and restrooms are always tidy.

Closing at 11:00pm walked in at 10:50pm knowing what I wanted and knew I’d be out by 11:00 and the female African American manager kicked me out.

I swear customer service at Walmart has got to be the worst experience ever ..New Albany as well Clarksville! Noone ever answers the phone NEVER!!!!!!!😡
Then when you finally get ahold of someone they are either young and uneducated or old and under experience....my God get it together Walmart or get out the way for Something new to take over because yall are so very poor at running a company...i vote for better staff , better customer service....ppl please show some respect and Quality of work and appreciation 😡😡😡😡
