Don’t even think of placing an order pick up with them. It doesn’t matter if it’s 2 items or 5 items it will ALWAYS be delayed. Why even offer order pick up.

They are in no hurry to fill prescriptions, it takes weeks even months. This is not the place to get time sensitive seizure medications. They are negligent! They wont even attempt to notify you that your meds need refills or that your insurance denied a med. Forget about ways to actually get it filled after denial. Apparently you have to go through hoops to pay out of pocket!!! You have to print put the denial and bring it to them ? You have to physically go in the store to find out anything at all. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a pharmacy. Kroger pharmacy is right down the street and open on weekends.

Just go to a different pharmacy!! You call and they take you off hold without even saying anything to put you on another hold without even answering!!! This pharmacy is miserable. Scripts go WEEKS without being filled. Calling does nothing they just hang up. About to go in yelling but that’s what they want!! It’s the only way to handle it otherwise you won’t get your scripts!!

Worst pharmacy there could possibly be. It's always an excuse with them and they never get it right. I always end up waiting 7-10 extra days and I would probably have wait a lot longer if I didn't call them every day while waiting for it. Im switching and im done with these guys. Save yourself a headache and go LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

Instead of the automated voice simply saying “You have no refills on this prescription. Would you like us to contact your doctor?” They forced me to wait on hold. I gave up after 30 minutes. Second time this has happened. Switching all my prescriptions to a locally owned pharmacy. This location is overwhelmed and under staffed. Don’t bother.
