Instead of the automated voice simply saying "You have no refills on this prescription. Would you like us to contact your doctor?" They forced me to wait on hold. I gave up after 30 minutes. Second time this has happened. Switching all my prescriptions to a locally owned pharmacy. This location is overwhelmed and under staffed. Don't bother.

Got a prescription called in, they swore up and down they didn't have it in the system. I call the doctor back, the receptionist desk states that this Walgreens had confirmed my prescription an hour prior. I call Walgreen back again, she states "It's not in the system, but hold on." and proceeds to put me on hold for a total of 20 minutes before hanging up on me. I call back to be on hold for another 20mins and all of a sudden receive a text that the prescription is ready.... hmmmm... funny... not to mention when i first got there, there was 3 people in the pharamacy, 1 was working and the other 2 were sitting there on their phones for over 5 mins before I was even acknowledged. Sounds to me like they are either lazy or don't know what tf they are doing. Either way, highly don't recommend this Walgreens at all.

The pharmacist are short and arrogant and not willing to try any means to help with anything I wouldn’t recommend anyone switching or trying this pharmacy for the first time there are many more pharmacies around this area that can help you way better than the rude and arrogant service you’ll receive from this Walgreens pharmacy

Updated 10/02 it's current 5:10 and the pharmacy is closed early with signs blocking the drive thru window. Website shows 6:00 and currently openStore changed pharmacy hours with no notice to customers with prescriptions. Now cannot get a child's prescription filled.

Super disappointing experience trying to get tested for COVID-19 at this pharmacy. First appointment resulted in my driving up to the window to find the pharmacy was unexpectedly closed due to lack of staffing (I was not notified), and my second appointment was cancelled 30 minutes prior to the appointment time because they were out of tests. Consider getting tested somewhere more reliable.

The pharmacy changed their hours recently without notifying customers. My son's pulmonologist submitted a refill for his asthma control medication on July 19th and I received a text notification that it was out of stock. The store never sent a notification letting me know if it was back in stock. Thankfully I still had enough of his previous medication to get us by for a bit. I re-submitted a refill for the medication via the app. Finally on August 12th, I received a text notification that it was available for pickup. Stopped by on my way home from work this past week to try to pick up my son's medication. It was just after 6:00pm and I noticed a weird sign in the window, which was difficult to read because the way the window is split up into sections. An employee came to the window and announced that they had closed at 6:00. Then my husband checked online and found that they had changed their hours of operation. Very frustrating, considering my son has been out of his correct asthma control medication since mid July. I'm seriously considering switching to a different pharmacy.
