I highly recommend Volkswagen of Clarksville! I’ve been going there for years for service and I couldn’t be more satisfied or impressed with the way they do business. Everyone there has impressed me and the service done to my car is always perfect and to a high standard.Anthony was the first person I got to know and he has always gone way above and beyond over the years. He is still my #1 point of contact and ensures I always have a great experience and am well taken care of. He has gone out of his way for me on multiple occasions to make sure scheduling works for me and I am completely satisfied with the work performed.I will not take my car anywhere else, Anthony and the entire team have earned my business and appreciation!

My first experience was really good. I had an extensive amount of work done to my vehicle. I was kept updated. Staff was courteous. Second time was horrible. Poor communication. Had to cal and ask whenever I needed to know something. Third time was mediocre. It started out great. But as time went on, communication became less. When I picked my vehicle up I was given very little explanation about what they found out and how they fixed it. Just kind of sign here. See ya! I am hoping that I don’t need to go back for any more service issues anytime soon. I trust that they do good work, but I don’t like feeling that I am not respected

Service Manager John Bishop went above and beyond to help me out when I had a vehicle repair issue. It is my opinion that people like John are a tremendous asset to the owners and fellow co-workers of Volkswagen of Clarksville. Nothing but 5 stars on this visit! I appreciate you and thank you John!

Great service. I was travelling and my car had a problem. Dealer in Washington D.C. area diagnosed and Clarksville VW fixed it while I was in Louisville. They don't have a shuttle but they gave me a ride back to Louisville and then picked me up when my car was finished. I really appreciated the great service.

First of all, let me say that CJ, the salesman was extremely polite, friendly, and sociable. Noticed that I did not say pushy. He was flexible and was the absolute gentleman. I love the fact that he was the only person in the show room that wore a shirt and tie. Stephen was also very informative and helped with making the deal possible. Thanks again I will certainly purchase from you folks in the future.

We came, we saw, we bought a GTI. Justin was our sales rep, he was great. It was overall a pleasant experience- clean dealership with clean cars. Would recommend!

Steven was great and helped me get a deal approved when I was at work. Everything was done for me over the phone and facebook. All I had to do was go into the dealership to test drive and sign. With my schedule they made it super convenient for me to get a car. Also the detail guys forgot to do it the day I bought the car, So my salesman and his manager made sure that the next Monday they came and took my car to get detailed while I was working and dropped it off by lunch. Amazing Service.

Totally satisfied with salesman, some trouble with service dept, financing and sales Mgr trying to pressure me into additional service contract. It's a new vehicle with factory warranty. Also I felt cheated out of my trade in 2016 Chevy less than 30k miles, trade in was $14k payoff $11k added to my loan, only credit for $2,180, they listed it for $19k, go figure.Made that mistake with Coyle Chevrolet lost about $2800 so far Ford Motor Company is the only dealership I can trust. Going back as soon as I can.

This car dealership is absolutely horrible. Not only did they sell me one piece of crap car but they sold me 2. Then after taking almost 14k from me and 2 months later I still don't have a decent working car. I'm not having to file to take them to court over the cost of my car. If your considering buying from them, just don't. As a single mother of 3, they have made my life hell for the past few months.

I bought a car from them recently. Things went pretty smooth. When I went to buy the car it needed a new windshield as well as a new key fob which they agreed to replace. There was some issues with communication on the windshield. But it has been replaced! CJ was a great salesman! I’m super happy with my car! And would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle!

I only give one star because the app won’t allow you to give zero. Purchased a vehicle approx. 2 months ago and have had issues since two days after driving off the lot. I have taken it to their service department 4 times and they’ve cleared the codes and come up with nothing. I take it myself to get diagnosed as they suggested and they’d handle the repairs from there either at another service center or doing them themselves and they have ghosted me when I’ve tried to reach out to let them know of the issues. Sadly they likely knew of the issues and have masked them in order to sale the vehicle. I am beyond disappointed and would never direct anyone to go here. I initially thought the staff was so nice and helpful, but don’t judge a book by its cover. Fraud is the word that comes to mind when dealing with this dealership.These issues could lead to complete engine failure if not fixed soon and no one spends $20,000+ on a vehicle to end up spending another 4-6,000$ on repairs. This is ridiculous and poor salesmanship, management, service and ownership. In a world where we’d like people to hold themselves accountable, you’d think a group of adults running a business would be accountable for causing so much distress to another persons life.

I was getting ready to leave for vacation and my mileage would have hit the 10,000 mile mark while out of town. I called the service department at Volkswagen Clarksville 2 days before we were to go out of town to see what they would recommend (wait until we got back or service prior to leaving) and if I needed to service prior to leaving would they even be able to get me in since such late notice. The service tech offered to send someone to my home the very next morning to service my car to ensure all was taken care of prior to driving over 1200 miles! The tech arrived on time, was professional, and provided exceptional service! Thank you, Volkswagen Clarksville!!

This whole dealership is filled with a great staff. Always helpful! We have now purchased 3 cars from this dealership! I have owned 7 vw do far. Service department is great too. They are prompted and willing to help. I recommend this place to everyone I know! The owner even helped me on a day I stopped by. What a super nice guy he was. I had questions about warranty and he was quick to get me the answers. If your in need of a car, then see Christian!
