Preston was super friendly and helpful throughout the experience and with all of my questions.I am about 8 years into my journey around health and fitness and tend to be pretty particular around supplements or items I am willing to use. Preston was super knowledgeable and did not try to push anything. He talked me through the mechanisms and reactions the body has around certain ingredients and why they may or may not be helpful for me.What stood out was the passion for what he does and wanting to help and talk to people during their journeys. The authenticity is refreshing in a business model that normally tends to push any product that can add to their profit margins.”

“Thank goodness for the new manager Andrew bringing this location back to where it once was. I've been a GNC customer for 20 years and a customer of the Clarksville, IN location for over 12. The previous runs of managers were rude, unhelpful, and left the store out of stock and in shambles. However my last few experiences at this location have been the complete opposite. Attentive and helpful service, properly stocked and priced inventory, and a willingness to help make it work when things do go out of stock or on back order. Had you asked me a year ago I wouldn't have said this, but I highly recommend this location now above most GNCs in the area. After dropping down to once or twice a year from weekly or at worst monthly visits, I am glad to say I will be returning to this store more often.”
