“Amazing quick work when I took my dog Rip. They gave him X-rays right away called me back with the update took him to another vet for surgery but unfortunately the damage was too great. Took him back to Cross Creek and they put my boy down for me. We had him cremated an I got him back today. Thanks to ALL the staff fer making my visit the best possible way in sucks a tragic loss to my family. We will recommend yall a come back with future pets on the farm!! Thank you all!!”

“I love the staff here at PetVet 365. I was first introduced to them last year after my dog Lucy suffered a back injury. Lucy became a patient here for physical therapy. April was purely amazing. Her compassion not only to Lucy but to my family in such a difficult time was beyond words. Sadly, Lucy passed away a short time later from complications from the back injury. April and the whole staff had a sympathy card to my family the next day, and we had only been there 2 times.My family and I got our new baby, Bella, this past week. Instantly we thought "PetVet" for her new doctor. We made our appointment, and they got her in there quickly to assess her. Since Bella was a rescue from a shelter, they took time to go over the history the shelter provided, and listen to my concerns, about what I had observed from her. We were never rushed, and Dr. Day-Smith listened to all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. The staff here is a class act, and they take great care of their patients, and the parents.”
“I have nothing but nice things to say about Dr. Vazquez. When I moved here I was very worried about finding a good vet, but her bedside manner is so refreshing and really eases my own anxieties. Instead of automatically saying what she wants to do, she asks me for my opinion. I haven’t even had a physician do that! I completely trust my dog and any other pet with her.
I also accompanied my roommate when she had to put her elderly cat to sleep. Dr. Vazquez was the one to do that, and she was more than accommodating. She made a tragic experience go as smoothly as it possibly could, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her and the great team here at Ridgeview.”

So knowledgeable, and such deeply kind and compassionate care, both for my Mom’s pets and for her, as she ages and has had more difficulty keeping up with the needs of her (many) aging pets. “Excellent care! I took my French Bulldog here because she was suffering from severe seasonal allergies. The facility is very clean and staff personable. We had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Lauren Elsea. She not only took her time to thoroughly explain allergy options, but she also took her time to answer my questions about our other fur baby that recently passed away (who was not a patient at the time). Reasonable prices and not much of a wait time. Highly recommend!”

“We had the best experience 10 days ago when we adopted Zachary from the KY Humane Society East Campus. We went in just to see who was available. The facility is very clean and the staff is quite knowledgeable about the available adoptees. Very kind and friendly people! Kelli was our awesome adoption counselor and when we told her what we were looking for in a pet, she immediately knew Zachary (who is now named Zachary Binx and affectionately called "Binx" most of the time) was the one for us. She was so excited and told us all about him. We spent some time in the visiting room with him and fell in love. It was the end of the day so we couldn't adopt him, but we were back the next morning and couldn't wait to take him home. He is the perfect pup! Thank you so much for rescuing him so that he could rescue us. Binx is living his best life and loves the park, car rides, his toys, and of course, pup cups!”
“The staff and Dr. Latimer took great care of my cat during her last month of life. I had previously taken my cat to a special clinic further from our house, but when my cat suddenly wasn't feeling well one day, Latimer Animal Hospital was the only place open and willing to get us in.
They are kind and respectful, and they keep their facility very clean!
