We didn’t purchase anything but they politely let us use their bathrooms when spirit halloween didn’t. A very nice lady talked to us though and I’m pretty sure her name was Deborah.

Really this should be zero stars. Purchased a sofa; paid in full. Was told I would be contacted a few days before delivery. One day before delivery date (2months after purchase.). I called to ask what time they would be coming and I was informed the sofa was no longer available. I questioned and said it was no longer made.
I asked when they were going to tell me. Crickets were the response. I demanded a refund. I was told it would be 10 days. No check arrived. I text with a clerk and was told it was not approved and she had approved so it would be on its way.
Did not receive. Called again to hear the same excuse. I still have no check.

Spirit Halloween wouldn’t let me use the bathroom but Value City values you as human and a customer. Get with Deborah she is a really nice lady. Just from what I seen they have a really nice stock of different kinds of furniture. Will be future customers for sure!
