Stopped in for the first time after having lunch to look at what options they had and first and foremost was really impressed with the customer service. Preston was super friendly and helpful throughout the experience and with all of my questions.I am about 8 years into my journey around health and fitness and tend to be pretty particular around supplements or items I am willing to use. Preston was super knowledgeable and did not try to push anything. He talked me through the mechanisms and reactions the body has around certain ingredients and why they may or may not be helpful for me.What stood out was the passion for what he does and wanting to help and talk to people during their journeys. The authenticity is refreshing in a business model that normally tends to push any product that can add to their profit margins.

This is a great store! Everyone knows their stuff! Staff is very friendly and helpful! The new location behind Cheddars on Veterans PKWY is great! Go in for a visit!

If you're looking for a supplement store that is knowledgeable and doesn't pressure you into buying product, this is your spot. Preston always has answers when I come in with questions. He takes the time to talk to you and get an idea of what your goals are so he can work with you to get you what you need. Being a veteran owned business as well, I'll take my money to them any day. Go check him out, you'll be glad you did!

10/10 recommend this supplement store. Preston is so knowledgeable and knew exactly what products I need for my specific health and fitness goals. He has an InBody scale that measures a full body composition analysis & stores your data. Every time I get more supplements, I will check my progress on the InBody scale.

I discovered this place a year ago after moving to the area and I’ve been back at least once a month since to stock up on everything from protein to test. The atmosphere in this store is very inviting, friendly, and family oriented. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, so if your a gym rat looking to step it up or maybe just a average joe looking to get back on track, the staff will be more then capable of getting you there. They are a veteran owned and managed store who offers great products at a more than reasonable price. Go see them and stay healthy y’all.

I’ve been working out for several years and always had an issue finding a good supplement store to shop at until the last few years. Total Nutrition is now my go to supplement shop. The owner, Preston, is fantastic. Preston never pressures you into any purchases unlike other supplement stores I’ve shopped at. Preston takes the time to explain the benefits of each product and helps you pick the right product based on your goal. Total Nutrition has a great selection as well!5/5 store will continue to shop here!

The only supplement store I use or recommend. The store has a real inbody body measurement machine in store that they don’t charge for!!!, so you know what you actually need and what supplements will benefit you the most. Knowledgeable staff! They don’t Carry garbage supplements, prices are consistently reasonable, you will never feel like you waisted money dealing with this store. I regularly send friend here for good supplements and body measurements!

Came in and spoke with Preston (store owner) and told him what my goals are. He gave me guidance how to achieve my goal and had me step on the scale to get my body mass index. After a couple visits and seeing my body trend, he gave me tips and pointers to achieve my goals.After feeling like I was plateauing in my results, Preston has helped me finally start to get real GAINS.

Stopped in to see what products this store had, and ended up getting amazing advise from the store owner! He was very knowledgeable and super helpful! Recommended a few different products and couldn’t be more happy with the protein powder he suggested for what I was needing! Also got some free samples to try and can’t wait to stop back in and stock up on some new products! Great selection and Enjoy shopping locally!
