My husband and I have went to Greg for the last 9 years or so.. I’m not sure what happened.. or if it’s because he got bigger.. but Greg made a mistake in my taxes and forgot to include my daughter and only put me down for the earned income credit which shorted me several thousand dollars. I’ve been contacting them over this issue for over a month now and still the issue hasn’t been resolved. I spoke first with a Tammy who said they would get back to me in about a week. I waited in a few days after a week to call and follow up. Then i couldn’t get ahold of anyone for almost another week. Finally I spoke with Holly and she told me she would leave a note for Greg to contact me and she or he would contact me on Tuesday . Never heard from them so I follow up again on Thursday and she said he must have not read the note. So she said she wrote out a reminder for herself and would work on it on Friday. I called yesterday ( Monday) left a voicemail I called twice today and left a voicemail and still nothing.To be continued...

My own personal experience so far was good in the beginning but turned poor when I could no longer get them to communicate with me or my husband. I've called about a dozen times over the past 2 1/2wks. ONLY 1 TIME has someone answered the phone. Holly said she would call back once she followed up with Greg, I'm still waiting. I've left SEVERAL messages, NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALL. I am very disappointed! They have good reviews and when I initially went into their office, they were so kind and informative... and now, NOTHING! It puts a bad taste in your mouth and creates doubt. They can't take 5 min to call me back with an update... but you'll do a good job on my taxes?! Not so sure and I'm certainly not willing to chance it. A word of advice, CALL YOUR CUSTOMERS! Even if you hadn't had a chance to do anything with my taxes yet, I probably wouldn't have been happy but you would still have our business because you kept me up to speed.

I went in there to get my taxes filed. I gave them everything they needed and was told it was taken care of. Spoiler alert: It wasn't. The IRS finally caught up with me and I was blindsided by the news that I had indeed NOT paid my taxes. The IRS never got anything. I ended up spending weeks getting it all straightened out. Such a waste of time.
