I had a manufacturer’s coupon and I drove all the way to target to use it. At checkout I was told I could not use it here. No reason was given except it just would not scan. I actually had three coupons and none could be used. I think this is ridiculous. If you are buying what is advertised on the coupon you get tha store should honor the coupon. I will not be back to Target on veterans parkway again.

Love Target very clean store reasonable prices only bad thing there is only one entrance when u go to food area u have to walk the whole length of the store

Wanted to speak with the manager about working there as one of their employee and the employees there did nothing but hound me about "must fill applications out online."
People. I'm 28, I understand where we're at, but I also understand that you have machines that do the work for you but your machines does not know a person at all and will swipe over you because no buzz words is mention. It's annoying.

Tried to purchase a Ninja air fryer XL 6 in 1 online that clearly states it was 'in stock' and could be ready for pickup in two hours at the store, so I ordered it and they charged my credit card. I then get a message an hour later that says the item is not in stock and that I would have to either make an alternate choice of picking it up at another store, 15 miles away that also claims that the item is 'in stock' or cancel the order. I call the store and supposedly speak with the store manager who goes on to lie about the whole thing saying that it doesn't say it'll be in stock when it clearly says that it is and that they can't guarantee anything about their online purchases and even admitted that the online stuff is hardly ever accurate. How difficult is it to keep an automated website updated?. Of course, the money they quickly took from my bank account won't be returned to me for who knows how long, any chance I can charge them interest for what now amounts to them "borrowing"/stealing my money, I don't think so but it's a good idea. Anyway, what a complete scam, so buyer beware when ordering online from Target they will easily take your money and not deliver.

Fairly certain some of these reviews are fake, my last couple experiences have been horrible. Not enough staff to handle the customers, waited to check out 15/20 minutes with 1 cashier and the automated ones had at least 20 people in line. I feel bad for the employees and shame on Target for not providing them more support! It’s a 1 star rating, but I think they are suppressing reviews, won’t be visiting this store anymore.

It always amazes me that some of the staff that works at the location has been there for well over a decade. That is truly a testament to how well management treats their employees. The store is always very clean and well stocked. It is one of the few places that I feel comfortable using a public restroom based on cleanliness.

Ordered games online for in store pickup. Was kept informed of order status, it was ready when indicated and staff was helpful in retrieving.
