Of all the Staples outlets, this store is the worst. First of all, they don't hire enough staff in the print shop, so you have to wait sometimes as long as 30 minutes to be waited upon. They have ruined two very important projects in a row. The first was a an order for 2 printed posters, which both came out blurred and unreadable-- unacceptable. The other was a missed deadline on their part for a brochure print, too late to go elsewhere. If you are a small business depending on them, do so at your own risk!

We tried to make copies at the self service and where having difficulty's using it. We had asked for help and the guy at the copy and printed area said "it's self serve I have 50 online orders to fill it you can't do it then don't". Extremely rude and not helpful in the slightest.

I came to return items and asked the gentleman when I first came in where I should take my returns, and instead of pointing me in the direction, he said, "Follow the signs." Now, I have never completed my returns at Staples, so I was unsure of the procedure. But for somebody working on customer service and their job is to assist customers, that was a very rude response by that particular employee.

If you don't need assistance to print or send a fax, just grabbing an item and checking out 4 stars. You lost another star cause your rude. So we will drive extra and do our business else where. Corporate gonna need to do under cover to see your rude employees over in the print section

Customer service absolutely horrible the guy I tried to get to help with my business cards basically told me to go somewhere else because he couldn't help. I will never shop here again.

I went here to look at office chairs. This was my second stop. They have a lot to choose from and when I found the one I liked, it was cheaper on-line. The clerk said they would match the price so I bought it here and I am very happy.

I was really disappointed with our last shopping experience at this store. There was no one at the registers to check us out. When she finally arrived, she made us feel like we were putting her off. Then we asked to purchase a relatively expensive chair and that was just too much. Even though the website said they had 3, she said they were out. I dove across the river to a different store and will not be back to this one.

Robby, the sales associate was very helpful!He explained to me how I can save near future purchases by downloading the app to my phone. He even help me carry out a heavy merchandises to my car. What a service!!Thank you so much Robby, I can't wait to visit your store and see your friendly face!

Don't ever buy a epson printer here they have issues asurion don't want to refund instead the send you a refurbished one! I'm very dissatisfied, I will find some where else to buy my printers from! Staples did nothing they passed it on to asurion! What a joke
