You know, Speedway is Speedway. You either come up on a ghetto ass speedway that's an absolute mess , where you pull up and you don't know if you're going to get robbed when you get out of the car or not.
Then there's one on the nice side of town that has the red carpet when you walk in......idk hopefully 7:11 will clean the chain back up.

Nasty, unbelievable attitude from the older 3rd shift guy. I work by this store and now go out of my way down to the veterans location where the worker actually likes his job. The one this location has CUSSES and slams his hands on the counter about things that have nothing to do with your purchase then acts like you are a complete bother. Will never spend my money at this location again.

Also wish I could leave no stars. I have been doordashing to make extra money. The older gentleman that works night shifts, every time I have been there with him on shift, I dread walking in. He screams and yells, complains about DoorDash orders, told me he wishes to not see my face for the rest of the night since I was there to pick up an order and he just slams his equipment on the counters. This hasn’t been a single night occurrence where it could have been a rough night, but no it is every single night shift I have seen him on and honestly just needs to be fired.

No stars. Irma is the little Mexican lady who works days. She is racist and started yelling at me when I refused to pay her extra for coffee creamers. Her exact words were "I can kick you out of my store white boy unless you pay me extra." She has also accused me of stealing and even lied about having video footage of me stealing. Tonight was the straw that broke the camel's back. I walked up to speedway for a hot chocolate and three creamers. Before I could even get to the coffee counter, I was stopped by a drugged up looking woman who claimed that I was banned from that store. When I asked why, she only said "sir, I'm going to have to ask you to leave."
I've already contacted speedway customer service before due to Irma's ridiculous behavior and they assured me I wasn't banned. Now after tonight's incident, I had to speak with a mental health professional to treat the psychotic episode I suffered from being targeted, accused of things I don't do, and being banned from a store for no valid reason. Update on the situation: speedway has slandered my name to other stores in vicinity of my home. They also refuse to resolve the situation stating that "they have no obligation to send a written letter indicating the outcome of the situation, they don't need a sign to charge for complementary goods, and that taking complementary coffee creamer (a free tie-in product to the purchase of coffee) out of the store even when paying for coffee, is considered theft in the eyes of the law." Now I've done research and they're absolutely wrong. Charging a customer for complementary goods without a sign designating a limit on said goods is fraud. Banning a customer without lawful reason is also illegal. Spreading false allegations and rumors about a customer without no foundation of evidence of wrongdoing is slander and also illegal.

Wish I could give NO STARS. The old man that worked Saturday night on the 20th, 2024 needs to be fired. He was RUDE. He hurried people out the door, he looked so annoyed to have customers. He was so rude to every single customer that walked through that door. He told my husband, "Hurry up". He slammed the cash drawer after each transaction, he was complaining and cussing about door dash. If you don't like your job then get a different one.
