Worse experience ever, buyer beware. I purchased my king sleep number bed in 2020 and already having issues with the air chamber, this company expects the customer to trouble shoot and repair the bed after spending thousands of dollars! The fine print is you only have a 1 YEAR warranty on the air chamber, of course i find all this out today 3 years after I purchased. Sleep number is charging 400$ for them to put on the air chamber (with warranty) or 200 for me to figure out how to do it myself. This company will tell you everything you want to hear until your bed breaks down,, And it will!!

Sarah was our specialist that helped us determine what mattress and frame was best for us. She was polite and helpful and did not pressure us or make us uncomfortable at any time. We researched our options before we arrived at the store. We decided on a king size I8 mattress and a Split King FlexFit 2 base. Very happy with our decision.

We trusted the sales representative (Jeff Mccurdy) when he told us that everything we purchased was returnable except the bed frame and headboard. This is false. The base is not returnable. Make sure you read the fine print because the salesperson is dishonest. He will lie to you. All we wanted to do was to return the base with the mattress. After hours on the phone with customer service we were told the bases were final sale, so we are now stuck with them. Do not shop here!!
