I have been coming to this office for at least a decade and have always had decent care. Recently I requested a medication to be refilled via myChart, and when I heard no response after two business days, I called. Two more days go by and nothing. Finally got a lady on the phone and when I asked why no one has responded she basically told me, "its my choice to go find another doctor", very rudely. Service has been going downhill for a while and now she confirmed for me that Norton no longer cares about my wellbeing. I will be moving.

My family member is in her 60s with numerous health issues . She recently moved to this area and this was one of the options for primary care. Sad we helped her choose this one . She went Monday and today is Thursday they have still not called in her non narcotic mess. Three days ? Really? At this point this establishment deserves all the negative reviews. Don't go here if you have a laundry list of medical issues. Would be fine for small things and that's a big MAYBE

My husband and myself have been patients of Keri Baker for several years. We have never had a problem getting an appointment when needed. Keri is quick to respond to question we send through Mychart.

This office has been the worst experience. My CT scan was canceled but the office failed to notify me. I was told after I was registered at the hospital and pre medicated for an allergy to contrast dye.
They failed twice to get the correct procedure pre-certification, even after multiple contacts with the office. They also failed to contact both insurance carriers for the preauthorization.
So six weeks later, no tests done and no answers. I left the practice today after many years. Grew tired of apologies and nothing done to correct all the mistakes.

The worst location to ever visit. They need to learn something from the Jeffersonville branch.2 hours and didn't even get triaged

NPs rank from barely passable to completely incompetent. No communication once you leave except for texting through my chart, which leads to miscommunication and patients waiting for information. They never simply pick up the phone unless they’re confused about what’s been said on my chat text, no matter how clearly you speak. Never seen a doctor in person, always one of the NPs. Don’t want to work with you, but ready to set you up with unnecessary tests and referrals, not focusing on what you’re saying and the problems at hand that you want addressed. Had the same problem with Clark group across the street. Only with them they were MDs we were seeing and still as incompetent, so good luck. No real research done by the providers, just typical parroting. When you have to point out current medical findings, such as depot shot DOES cause diabetes, you get dismissed. The receptionists are rude, and have even more trouble listening.I’ve seen this facility as well as Clark as I mentioned, drop the ball numerous times, when it seriously mattered. I honestly don’t know who to recommend in this area, other than possibly Jewish.Best advice I can give you is do your own research, and be your own health advocate. Ask questions, and if you’re not getting the right answers, walk away. It’ll be better for your health in the long run, and protect you from taking dangerous meds you really don’t need.

very disappointed. had my appointment rescheduled once because of a provider "emergency" then they called and said they dont know when he will be back and i needed to reschedule again. smh couldnt even establish care. and the thing is my reschedul went from novemvber-january and then rescheduling again wouldve put me further out. i told them i would find a new doctor because thats insane.

I haven’t had a PCP in almost 20 years. I was very pleased and impressed how everyone was nice. The reception, the NP and lab and the lady at the check out. Thank you for making feel comfortable. And everything was so organized.

They’ve a bunch of idiots sitting at the front desk and probably the whole staff is that way too. Setup an appointment over the phone for myself and my family and they told me the appointment is only for me. I asked if they could schedule one for the entire family and they said it will be far out into the future so waiting another 30 minutes and they end up telling me they could only schedule me with a nurse. What a bunch of idiots out there, I am glad I didn’t get scheduled God knows who they’re cuz there is for sure something sketchy going on. Norton must take notice of this facility.

I’ve been going here for years, and I appreciate April, Stewart, NP. I can email her directly through their online portal and she will reply. I appreciate their communication and concern for me and my health. Thanks for being a great doctor!

I’ve never had so much trouble with any place of business. Let alone doctors office in my entire life. If you can manage to get in the quality of service is not too bad, however, getting in is the problem. I was seen over a month ago for an allergic reaction I was treated for what she thought was strep rash however, this was a missed diagnosis. She wanted me to come in a week later to follow up. Unfortunately I had a death in the family and called to reschedule They said they would call me back the next day and I have yet to be able to get a hold of someone. I’ve called multiple times and left many many messages. I’m out of blood pressure medicine and can’t get it refilled. The rash is still there, and I cannot get seen anywhere now I have to go to the emergency room just to be seen by a doctor, because every other office is 2 to 3 months out from taking a new patient. If you want to be seen or if you want any sort of customer service do not use Norton CMA.

Long-time patient here. Everything's fine EXCEPT the restrooms. Re: General sanitary & infection control importance THESE DAYS--Hard to believe you STILL have to manually turn on & adjust the sink faucets. It's great they're still using paper towels so you can use them to open the door to exit, but PLEASE put the trash cans BY THE DOOR--NOT out of reach-- especially when you have to step over to it & step on a pedal to open the top.
