I have used this dealer's service department for several years for basic oil changes and rotations. They have signage at the front that advertises a "$49.95" oil change. I even sign an agreement up front for that charge. However, when complete and I went to pay the charge, they added a $3.95 fee for "parts and supplies". What??? The clerk said it was for rags, etc. and that any dealer anywhere charges such a fee. This is a first for me even with this dealer. That's like paying a service charge for the dirty spatula that turns the burger. It's total BS and they know it. The clerk's comments just insulted my intelligence. Rather than entering into a futile complaint about it, I paid without comment. To me this is false advertising and will cause me never to patronize or recommend them even though it's really an insignificant sum. It's the darn principle. I give two stars because they are prompt and convenient. They may offer good deals on cars, but this experience was a big turn off for me.

Absolute worst dealership service I have ever experienced! Between getting sold an vehicle with a bad engine to being lied to repeatedly when purchasing another about receiving the cash difference which we still have not received after 7 months!!

Went in for a tire rotation and asked that they check the pressure, because it felt a little soft when turning. Was told that it would be done with my paid rotation service. Asked again at checkout if they were ok and was told everything was good. Literally 2 days later my tire pressure light came on. When I went to the gas station, EVERY SINGLE tire was 2-4lbs low. Not only did they not complete the service I paid for, but lied to my face that it had been completed. Lack of integrity and service is so disappointing.

I was very happy with the service and the personnel. Scotty Haycraft was very friendly and explained everything they were doing and any issues they found. I was also impressed that my oil change was finished in about 20 minutes. I've waited as long as two hours for the same service at another dealership.Service: Oil change

I had a wonderful experience at this location. This was my first time in and I was welcomed despite it being late in the day. Scotty was patient and had a very pleasant personality. Carter was available and offered input on my service. This whole experience put me at ease, especially when trying to build report and establishing auto care at a new location. The waiting area was clean and spacious. After my service, I requested information for my next service and Scotty made sure that I had an answer before I left. Overall, I had a great experience.

Not really wanting to post a negative review. I brought my Honda CR-V in because of the check engine light. Waited 2:15 minutes to get a report back that it shot back a code P0420 that any auto parts code could have ran for free. I would assume that a dealership would investigate further given the $175 charge. Maybe use an OTC back pressure gauge to let me know the percentage of blockage. I asked if there were any other checks done that would confirm that the recommendation for $2000 parts was needed. All that was supplies was that the machine ran that code. It seems to me that a Honda Dealership would have tested to see how much blockage and if it was indeed coming from in front or behind the catalytic converter to confirm. Maybe there were other checks done and just not said to me, however disappointed in the overall communication and testing on this matter. As I said when I arrived. The car running fine and had no issues other than the light being on.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

First visit to service after buying here (Car is actually a Nissan from Neil Huffman in Frankfort). Not impressed thus far. I made an appointment for my lunch break, taking very specific care to ask about general in/out time. Was told 45 minutes to an hour. I got there at the appointed time and was told the wait would be at least 90 minutes. Nope. If you take my appointment and tell me it will be 45 minutes, then it should be in that general neighborhood. I honestly don't care how many cars without appointments showed up in front of me unless they are on fire. Thanks for having no consideration for my time. I guess "free" maintenance after the sale means you still have to make giant hole in your schedule. My time is worth more, so I will probably just do the oil change and tire rotation myself. MORE of my time. The second star is because the overall sales experience was fine. I am also NOT going to make a Saturday appointment, as was offered. I work close to the dealer. I do not live close, and I am NOT spending any of my Saturday at a car dealer. There's always the Nissan dealer right up the street. It won't be free, but maybe they honor appointments. Update: I was contacted via email telling me I had "missed" my appointment. That was ironic in the extreme. The salesperson then emailed a day or two later hoping I was enjoying my purchase. I advised each in separate emails of the appointment debacle and no response from either. Despite the "exceptional customer service" blather, I now have the service at one star. I did the oil change and other service items myself. Was looking for a new CRV for my girlfriend, but I think we'll go back to O'Neal for truly exceptional service. They are tried, true, and proven to go above and beyond.

Great service! Computers were down, so paperwork was done by hand, but done in a timely, professional manner. First time taking my car there and was please with the length of time for service. Decent waiting area for customers. Will definitely be back.Services: Oil change
