Do not purchase an appliance from Lowe's. The absolute worst experience I have ever had. I purchased a fridge from Lowe's on 7/11 after our fridge stopped working. At that time the delivery date was 2 weeks out (7/25). While a competitor could have gotten it to me 1 week sooner, I stuck with Lowe's due to the sale I purchased the fridge under and it being such a better deal. Turns out it was too good to be true! I received a call at 9:00pm on 7/24, stating the warehouse hadn't loaded my fridge, so they were no longer able to deliver my fridge the following day and were pushing my delivery out another week. The rep on the phone then said they would remove the delivery fee for the inconvenience of having to wait another week without a fridge...but delivery was supposed to be included in the sale! So I wait another week, my delivery was confirmed for a 2nd time, this time I was scheduled for 4pm-8pm on 8/1, and I'm the 14th delivery. Myself and my husband were home all day, yet no fridge arrives. At 5:30pm I receive an email that my fridge cannot be delivered and to reschedule. I call customer service after 2 failed deliveries and 3 weeks without a fridge! The customer service lady that I spoke to was fabulous, however she was unable to resolve the issue. After an hour and a half on the phone she was able to find out that my delivery had been marked as a missed delivery with no information, no notes, and nothing indicating the customer had been contacted. Upon trying to get in touch with the delivery company, she was placed on hold for 40 minutes with no one ever checking in or coming back (after being hung up on 2 times previously). I was told a case had been opened and escalated and that I would receive a call to reschedule, with a note that I wanted the fridge by noon the next day (the morning delivery window). I contacted customer service again the next morning to confirm my fridge was scheduled for delivery that day, but was again told I just needed to wait for the store to call to schedule delivery or I could reschedule for Monday. By noon (8/02) still no fridge and no phone call. I have canceled my ordered and placed a new order with a competitor who says they will have it to me by Wednesday! I have been a long time Lowe's customer, but no more! They have broken my trust!

I went there to ask about a patio door warranty, the manager was helpful, she pulled up my receipt from 4 years ago and provided me with the necessary information to contact the manufacturer.

I usually hate shopping for appliances. We went into Lowe’s in Clarksville tonight and an associate named Nikki approached us right away. In absolutely no time, she had found the washer and dryer we were looking for, found someone to load it on a cart and we were headed out the door with help to get it in the truck. That was the quickest, most pleasant appliance shopping experience I’ve ever had. Almost makes me wish I needed something else!

I had to purchase some lighting for under my cabinets and needed assistance. I initially went to Home Depot where no employee could be found so I left. I then went to Lowes and ran into Liz and asked her if I could get some help. She helped me figure out which cords were compatible with the puck lighting I was purchasing and then checked me out. I really hope she gets recognized for her hard work and outstanding customer service. She was the sweetest lady and very helpful!

I've had problems getting my order corrected,, but today, I finally got to speak with someone who went above and beyond to get my issue resolved,, Destiny did an outstanding job of handling the issues, and getting them resolved, in a timely, hassle free , friendly manner, thank you Destiny!! I have faith in Lowes again!
