Lowe’s just smoked Home Depot in the paint department! Had exactly what I needed (thanks to Home Depot’s color code card I took with me after wasting about an hour of my time after telling me they had the paint) Joe was on point and was thankful to take my big order and made it happen Fast! Off to paint my building! Thank you Joe and Lowe’s!

I asked for a estimate on replacement of my bathroom vanity top & sinks. I paid $35.00 to have someone come out. I am very disappointed, I wasted my money. The man that came out said he could replace the counter top & or put in the faucets ( oh and they had to be faucets purchased from Lowes), in short he could only do part of the work I asked for an estimate on. I also needed double sinks replaced, what was the use of getting an estimate of only 1/2 of the work I needed done. I paid $35.00 basically for someone to come out & tell me they could or would only do half of what I needed done. Tell me why do I feel like I was used to just get $35.00. I don't like policies like this. Oh and I can get the same faucets cheaper at Menards!

Ordered new refrigerator online. They had it in a week earlier than expected. Notified me via text. Went to pick it up, parked in the slot and a quick text through their app and I had my refrigerator in about 15 to 20 minutes, loaded and leaving the parking lot. I'm very pleased with their curbside service.

It's more my dad loves this place. After covid, he doesn't go anywhere else to get his tools unless it's ace hardware. The one time we finally go to Lowe's, this particular adjustable curtain rod is twice as much as Amazon or Meijer.

Customer service on phone was the most unprofessional to date passed to wrong departments 3 times and then hangup on called back left on hold 38 minutes and has happened 12 times in last 4 years. Since they don't seem to want or can handle my $200 order today they definitely don't want my customers $3.8 million order next Monday. Even called 800 customer number 3 times someone pickup and hung up before a word was completed. Most departments there employees are great, other departments if you are disabled or frail and elderly or can't speak well they, "don't care go somewhere else," was the comment I was told by an employee. Home Depot and Menard get ready for this order.

Couldn't find anyone that would help find a product. Finally a gentleman that was shopping himself pointed me in the right direction. The lady at the service desk was too busy talking on her cell phone about what to fix for dinner. That's the reason I don't shop there. I'll continue shopping at Home Depot.
