It's closer to where I live than any other shopping center. It has a "horseshoe" layout for more convenient shopping. The best part is they have tap pay at self-checkout, and its competitor doesn't.

I come to this kroger a lot, but today was extra special because of the people. The cashier shared some small talk with me, and was very kind and friendly.
I had not one, but 2 people bagging my groceries, which was super helpful because I had my kid with me, and we were ready to go home.

This was the most ridiculous shopping trip I have had in a very long time! The app is horrible and finding the coupons that are advertised is almost impossible! Even searching the name doesn’t bring up the coupon.. and then trying to check out and the coupons aren’t being applied at the checkout! Then it took multiple tries to get the order correct and then I had to wait forever for a manager to approve the order!! She was snarky and didn’t know what she was doing either.. she couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t going through and then when I tried to check out again I told her I needed cash back.. she said oh well it should ask you.. but it DIDNT give me the option.. and she just smirked and said well guess it didn’t.. shrugged her shoulders, rolled her eyes and turned away and walked off!! This should have been a 5 minute stop to grab a handful of items and it ended up taking an hour!!!! There is absolutely NO customer service in this place!! The gentleman who tried to help me was very kind but the management is a JOKE!!!
I have a loyalty card and still avoid shipping here because the discounts aren’t worth dealing with the horrible environment

Went to the deli for lunch today. As I walked to the deli, there were two other customers doth looking around like they were lost.
One left and walked out the front door. The other stood there another minute or two, then he walked away as well.
I stood there and then walked to another section of the deli where I could hear people talking, but they did not greet me or acknowledge that they had seen me.
I walked back to the other end and then left without ever being seen or greeted.
Maybe this was just an off day, or maybe this is normal, but I won't waste any more time trying to get served at this kroger.

The water exchange machine hasn’t worked in over a year. It doesn’t spit out the coupon. It used to be that you turn in your bottles and you tell them how many you turned in, and they would swipe the coupon, at the counter, for the amount of bottles you turned in. Now it’s on the customer to find an employee before turning in their bottles, or they threaten not to give you the credit. Why is that my problem that your machine doesn’t work? Why should I have to find an employee when Kroger should do their part in getting their machine fixed.

They never have enough registers open and the employees are less than friendly. They make it hard to maneuver through the store and they have everything scattered through out the store.
