Currently in the drive through line for 30 minutes. There were two cars in front of me. I have pressed the service button multiple times and they are not paying any attention. I didn’t jump into a closed lane. It’s been 30 minutes so I’m not about to leave without my prescriptions. Going inside isn’t usually any faster but I’m watching them check people out and keep their backs to me. Come on you guys!!!

I have not heard anything about a prescription. The automated phone service is a joke. No one answered, even though they are open.

Never ever answer their phone. I needed medication interaction advice and could not get it. Eventually went to voice mail but never got call back. Not people friendly. The automated line doesn't recognize what you need and just replays the same choices over and over. Going to find another pharmacy.

*Warning* Avoid at all costs. It is criminal what they are doing. This is Medicare and Medicaid fraud down to a science. Please, federal investigators start a case on these places. My insurance covers about 98% of prescription costs at my previous pharmacy Westmoreland (that Kroger bought out for their customers database), but at Kroger's my insurance is covering less than 2.5%. Pharmacy techs say that Kroger club prices get it lower than my insurance, but even that is over 4 times more than I paid last month.I wish that I could give these folks zero stars. I believe they are committing Medicare/Medicaid fraud. Kroger's bought out my pharmacy, Westmoreland. Prescriptions that I paid $1.20 for, with my insurance, now costs almost $20. My entire monthly prescription costs were less than $20. Through Kroger's it is over $150. I'm disabled and this is the difference between having food and having medicine. This also doesn't account for the horrendous service. If you phone, they won't answer. You have to make at least 5 calls to even get your call answered. Orders that should be filled the same day, takes them at least 3 days to fulfill. This is a business that the community needs to come together and refuse to do business with. If you're an investor in this enterprise, you should be ashamed.

Rarely open. On the rare occasion they answer the phone, they hang up on you. Regardless how you choose to refill, or if a new prescription is called in, unless you speak with them directly they will not fill your prescription, plus you have at least a one week wait for anything to occur. They refuse to work with doctor or insurance on filling anything requiring an authorization. Recently they filled four different prescriptions for one medication which led to major issues and a partial month fill for me. Not worth using Kroger pharmacy anymore.

I don’t ever write reviews.. the NP was great but the one making phone calls and doing the flu and strep test was highly rude.

If I could give a 0 star I would. This is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They rarely answer their phones and I have literally been hung up on after letting it ring. I heard it pick up and fumble while being hung up. My son's pediatrician also said that she's had trouble contacting them because of them not picking up the phone. I'm not leaving this review off of one occurrence, but something that has been ongoing for a year.

This is the worse pharmacy I’ve used, I’d rather wait at the E.R. and try to get my medicine there, it will probably be faster.
