This is a much bigger and nicer store than they had in their old location. A better fabric selection as well, as the old store used to have what seemed to me, just loads of fleece, quilting cottons and seasonal special occasion fabrics, but hardly any regular apparel fabrics. For those of us who actually sew clothes, this new store is so much more fun to browse and get ideas. The staff is super friendly and helpful as well.
And my emailed coupons saved me a bundle last time! (Yay!!)
Update : I ended up working here. Love the team, that are devoted to help each and every customer. I read these bad reviews and know these are exceptions to the rule, because I know our team is sweet, friendly and helpful. We have seamstresses, quilters and crafters of all kinds on our crew. So we are prepared to help not only with directions and service, but also with knowledgeable advice. :)
I also know, happy customers rarely write reviews, they leave the store happy and go home with a nice feeling. That's it. It is mostly unhappy customers that write reviews.
That does not mean most customers are unhappy. It just means the happy ones don't write, but just go home and enjoy their purchases and the service they've received.
We hear "Thank you for taking the time.." or "Thank you for your help." So many times a day, it makes it such a joy working here.
It's the people, the team and the customers, that make each other feel good.
And like everywhere, not everybody can match everybody's energy. And that is good. Because otherwise us worker bees would be called rude if we'd match the energy of sometime very rude customers. We stay friendly and apologize when an item that they are looking for is not in stock.
It happens. :)
All in all, it 's a great place to shop and a nice place to work at. :)

This store is constantly a complete disaster, tripping hazards everywhere, poorly stocked. For a new store it’s a complete disappointment. Most of the Staff is friendly, with a few exceptions. They need some help!

Although the employees are always very friendly, the store is an absolute disaster. Completely empty shelves all over the store (despite multiple items claiming to be in stock online that are nowhere to be found in the store). I’ve ordered items for pick up (again they say are in stock) only to have the orders cancelled hours after ordering due to the item not actually being in stock. This has happened 4 times (three with one item, one with a different item). The store is filthy with trash everywhere. Such a shame because I truly love JoAnns.Update: it’s been over 2 weeks and the store is still in TERRIBLE condition. I would love to shop here for my hobby projects but the aisles are a mess and the things I need are NEVER in stock. What a waste of time!

I own a small business, and Joann has always been my go-to. However, the last 3 times I’ve placed orders online for pickup, part of the order has been cancelled, my coupons removed, and I’m charged more than I originally paid.I have then walked into the store, looked for the yarn myself, and it is ALWAYS in stock.Literally worst Joann I’ve worked with. What a waste of my time and money. Get your inventory or your staff in order, because this absolutely sucks.

Since I don't craft (well, aside from beer), I can only review this from the point of view of a husband who takes his sewing/knitting/quilting/embroidering wife to Joann when she's got a project in the works. This location recently moved from another location so it's still very fresh and new. The fabric bolts are now on a slanted display racks, allowing them to stock/you to see more fabric at once, with a goal of making as much product available and as easy to find as possible.Wifey is usually able to find what she needs (or a reasonable facsimile) at this store and it's not uncommon for us to spend several/many hours trying to find that fabric or crafty doo-dad that will make her craftery awesome. My lot in life in these cases is to provide some creative in put, help find the perfect fabric or accessory, and to push the cart. The staff here is 100% helpful. We've been here many times and it doesn't matter who you ask, they know where it is or what you need. Since she's on the Joann mailing list she's always got coupons on her phone for something or other. Quite often what she's looking for is on sale, so #BONUS.One interesting note at this location is the restroom situation. Most any retail outlet you go to has a Mens and a Ladies restroom. Not so much the case here, and it actually makes sense. They've got a dedicated Womens restroom and the other is Men or Woman. When you think about it, a significantly larger portion of their clientele is probably women. While at first I thought someone made a mistake with the signage, in retrospect it makes perfect sense. There is also a baby changing station in each. There are aisles in this store that I have never been down. Seriously. Picture framing? Buttons and Bobbins? Upholstery? Wood crafting? Yea, none of that's me. If you're a crafterer (I make up a lot of words), this place is 100% what you need.

I shop here pretty often, the bathrooms have been consistently disgusting every time I’ve been there for the last 4-6 months. It makes it difficult to come in with my kids because I don’t want them to go anywhere near their restroom and it’s inevitable they will need to use it.

Never been to Joann’s before. Been trying to go the past week but I guess they all changed there hours recently. Most say 9pm online and the automated phone says 9pm as well. But evidently they all close at 7 or a few at 8. Anyways I went into this Joann’s in Clarksville In. They seemed to be really short staffed. So I looked over all the clutter. But I do understand. That’s the times we live in. Almost everywhere is short handed and closing earlier or closing the doors for good. I gave them 5 stars because the manager that cut my fabric was really nice. He has great customer service and treated me right. I forget his name but I did see he was the manager in his name tag
