9/4 update:
Tell me why Melissa thought it would be a smart decision to post the car, not have it ready for sale for weeks, lead me on telling me it would be serviced and ready to buy three weeks ago and TODAY, TWO WEEKS LATER, she feels the need to tell me the BMW sold and ask me if I’m interested in another car…she did that to be shady so here’s my response.
No, thanks - I bought my BMW as a CPO two weeks ago. You guys are classless morons and Melissa is about as useful as that Wyler protection you throw on every car you sell.
Each time I interact with someone from sales there's a multiple HOUR(S) long delays, if not days. I spoke with sales about the car on Friday, we discussed through Saturday about a Monday purchase.
Monday comes and I remind them multiple times
I'm out of state and they proceed to waste my
ENTIRE DAY while waiting on responses on final price and my trade value before I drive THREE HOURS. I need a pre purchase inspection and now the opportunity for that and likely for me to buy today is gone. Do you want to sell vehicles or not?
Why am I working so hard to purchase when you should've working hard to secure MY business.
When I call there's no answers and I even got transferred to some old ladies personal landline.
What the hell is going on here.
It is now Thursday and they have still yet to send the service report I asked for two days ago but are asking me about my interest in the car via automatic emails and texts that go without response. I was then FINALLY told by a manager/another random person using the same text number, that the car hadn’t been inspected or serviced and needs to be sent to a different brand for service because it’s not a Toyota. This is two days after they said the car would finally be ready and would update me first thing when it was. Now there’s no timeline and they refused to budge on price so I’ve wasted time on a car that isn’t even ready to be sold.
I’m genuinely embarrassed for you guys that you cannot even maintain a dialogue with someone who has negotiated the entirety of the sale that we’ve agreed to like it was pulling teeth just to connect. Why would I buy from you if you are unreachable pre purchase? You’d neglect me if I really needed emergency repairs.

From the time of enter the parking lot to needing to make changes the staff was absolutely welcoming. Dennis Hughes greeted us with the upmost respect and consideration. I had a budget I needed to stick to and between him and the finance officer Levi they were able to give me both. I returned this morning with questions and a lady with long blonde hair greeted me kindly and help me find James to put my mind at ease in my new car. Thank you for this experience I highly recommend using Wyler Toyota in Clarksville for your vehicle needs!
