Purchased Pokemon Black a while ago for quite a lot and when I got home ready to play it, I found that it has a sizable hole in the back of the game and it will not work at all. I've been back since multiple times different weeks to only constantly be told "we're waiting on security to send images of the scan when we got the game in store" meanwhile being incredibly rude to me saying that "I checked that game when we got it and it didn't have anything wrong with it". Honestly I'm very patient when it comes to this sort of stuff and trusted them to get back with me with the security images, yet they never did, so I'm left here with a broken $160 game and nothing to show for it. If you ever manage to get those images I would very much like to see them, regardless this entire process has been a nightmare for myself.
Moral of the story is to always bring the console if hand held and test products in store because clearly people cannot be trusted regardless of how kind they seem.

Saved my birthday a few months back with an original xbox. Friendly staff, nice selection of games, all at good prices, and an overall great atmosphere.

Great place for old games, systems, magic cards, board games, you name it. It's family owned, and they are wonderful to talk to at both locations.

Had a bad experience here years ago, but went back after a friend said they had made some improvements. The store looks much better, but they are so unprofessional that I can't see a world where I just wouldn't just make the trip to CardNAll games or TCB instead.
I understand trying to balance a business with a family atmosphere can be tough, yet this store somehow achieves neither.

They are always so nice! If you are looking for older games and collectibles they are the spot!! They also have card games and different events!!

The Wilson's have become almost like another family to us because we do so much business with them. Started shopping with them due to the collection of retro and vintage games to now for just about everything. I highly recommend that you stop in here and just see what they have at this location or their many other locations.

Long story short nostalgia hit when I found my old 3ds. Needed a charger so I swung by looking for one, the wall of new ones were 14.99 but they only had the lite version. The lady dug around in a box full of old used ones luckily enough to find one that was obviously owned by a 3 year old just to hit me with the same price of a new one. Didn’t even entertain the idea of haggling because she knew how much I wanted one even after showing her brand new ones on ebay for only 5.99.

It’s the fact you’re willing to over tax/charge your customers solely based on their enthusiasm to relive nostalgia earned you that 1 star. Something that’s been obviously used sitting in the bottom of an old dusty box shouldn’t be the same price as something brand new in the packaging on the wall. You decided to charge me based on how badly I wanted it compared to what it’s worth and that’s wrong.

The staff has been so helpful and friendly every time that I have went. They have a lot of more common games and will help you find rarer or more in-demand ones. My favorite game store in the Louisville/Indiana area.

I visited the Clarksville location on a Wednesday afternoon. The selection of movies in particular is phenomenal with quite a few rare toys and video games that were fun to see again. The staff were very friendly and attentive to anything any customer in the store needed.

This place is starting to become a joke!! As long as you’re giving them your money they are nice. But as soon as you ask a questions about an item they act like you are bothering them. Don’t waste your time, it’s overpriced anyway.
