I was at the Clarksville Indiana location today, 7/3/24, at 11:05am and watched them charge an 80 year old veteran a $45 restocking fee on a pressure washer that he was returning because it was defective. How does that make sense? I confronted them and was told it's the new policy. I won't be back. Please everyone go elsewhere. Maybe they'll learn. It wouldn't let me rank 0 stars or I would've.

I needed a few more ratchets, pliers, and screwdrivers. This was my first time at this new location. I got there and so many basic hand tools were out of stock. Nearly half of the ratchet section had empty racks, and tons of pliers and screwdrivers were low on stock. Several of the specific ones I wanted were out of stock but when I went to order them online, it still showed in stock in Clarksville. This was in the middle of the week and not after some crazy sale or anything. Wasted my time going there and had to order online anyways. I don’t remember ever having this problem at their old location

Mostly cheap junk. Long lines. Hit and miss with quality of products. I like the coupons.
April 2024/update, for new location: the a/c is working good in there. I went there for a particular product I knew they had. I bought one of same there back in probably 2020 for $4, today the same product was $16.99. The cashier lady was very pleasant.

I was in Texas City. Texas, and I bought 2 electric flyswatters, and neither one worked, so I took them back and got 2 more, and neither one of these work either. So I DO NOT recommend the electric flyswatters. I'm from Indiana, just here visiting, but the ones I bought in Indiana work great. Maybe they just got a bad batch. But for anything else , I highly recommend Harbor Freight. I'm definitely a Harbour Freight woman.

Workers don't wanna do there jobs tried to pick up a tool box guy told me to be there by 2:30 so I called back at 2 and said I was on my way "I had just got.off phone with him" I called right back and stated I was coming and he said we'll you will need to call back tomorrow because we're leaving and Noone else is here to load
He told me before that I just needed to be there by 2:30 just do your job and keep your word like you originally stated

It's that please you go and you find Knick knacks you can't find at other hardware tools a majority of Knick knacks Backup their product pretty good no complaints recommend take a walk through and check things out

Bought 2 paint trim edgers and tape and got the head lamp free . Harbor freight is awesome. Friendly people and organized store and great prices keeps me shopping there .
