The guy came and brought my mom a hospital bed and a Hoyer lift. He was very nice and explained how to use both of them. Had a good experience.

I was not excited about picking up my C-PAP device. However, Paris was very professional, friendly, and informative. She had answers to my questions and helped me decide on a mask which (as of the first night) fit well and was comfortable.
