I was in the Goodwill today of Clarksville on Applegate Lane not the outlet the store there was a bike in there that was marked for $150. Did not have the bottom half of the tag but when I went to ask to make announcement waited 10 minutes nobody come up with the tag so the manager Stephanie said it’s yours. I gotta go make you a new tag And then some dumbass gentleman in line said oh wait. I had that tag but I lost it if you don’t have the tag, you don’t get the merchandise plus she we had already waited. Nobody had said nothing and behold she goes in back and talks to the other manager Crystal, who decides not only to sell it to the young man that didn’t have a freaking tag after it was already told that it was mine. She raised the price $100 well I used to manage to Goodwill of southern Indiana and I know for a fact that you are not allowed to do that let’s see what happens cause I’m gonna take this from this post all the way to the tippy top of Goodwill. I will not let this slide.

Prices at most stores in a 50 mile radius have gone way up! Some items as much and even more than brand new. Did away with discount color days in several but still wanting a round up on my bill. You get this stuff for free and are charging way too much for your customer base.

They have a lot of different items, and most are reasonable. The baskets and books were over priced.

Well organized and a large selection. A lot of children’s cloths and women’s. Many women’s shoes as well. Also close to a goodwill bins. I personally didn’t have any luck at bins though.
