Eva was an exceptional saleswoman, and we never felt pressured once during the near hour time that we spent at the Denver Mattress location in Jeffersonville, In. She is an asset, and should be recognized accordingly for her job performance.

My fiancé and I have been looking for a new mattress for a few weeks now because our current one is pretty old. We went into the store semi-late, I believe around 7-7:30 just to look at the options they had. The deals that they have seemed to be the best in the area (and like I said we’ve been looking for about a week and been to plenty of places). The sales associate Eva was the one who helped us as soon as we entered the mattress area and once we told her what we were looking for she pointed us right to them. She was extremely kind, helpful, and very attentive. It says 5 stars but I would give the customer service and Eva herself a 10/10 on how great of a job she did! Definitely recommend!

Eva was AMAZING!! She took the time to work with us through several different mattresses based on what we told her our needs were. She never once made us feel rushed or like we were wasting her time. We can't thank her enough for this excellent experience! THANK YOU, EVA!!

Nice selection. Eva was a delight. She made an otherwise difficult "chore" of picking out the right mattress so much easier. Brought out a clean pillow case for a pillow to try with the mattress. No one has been as helpful or thoughtful anyplace else I have been. Very knowledgeable.

I had a very informative visit a few days ago on the purple mattress. I decided it was the mattress for me. So today I went back and purchased one. The gentleman that waited on me today was very nice and pleasant to do business with. Hopefully I have made the right decision. Guess I’ll know in a few weeks after I have had a good night sleep. I’m excited.

Eva is the best!! It felt like I was chatting with my best friend. Lol….. I tried out 5 different mattress and ended up getting a really great mattress with the foundation kit and box spring. I can’t wait for delivery and will totally recommend this store to friends. :)

Same sales person we had in 2019 buying our mattress. Did an awesome job helping me replace my king size pillow and choose 2 standard pillows for guest bedroom. Very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Even helped me carry them to my car!.Highly recommend for quality pillows and mattresses.

We appreciate Eva for making our mattress shopping experience, a smooth process. It is one we dreaded, but when leaving we realized we laughed a lot, we were listened too, and she wasn't a pushy sales person. We felt like we chose our mattress. We only tried four, that's right, four. That's how well she listened to what both our preferences were. We are beyond happy with our mattress and base. Yep, I waited to write this review until we received it. The entire process, even picking it up was exceptional. We will definitely be coming back when it's time for a new one. And we only wish whoever is reading this, has the same genuine experience as we did. Thank you Eva!Oh! If you read this Eva, Grace (dachshund) loves it just as much as us!

Very quick easy visit. I asked for a cheap soft mattress for our guest room. Dion Joseph wasted no time showing us the 3 areas of mattresses we would want to look at. He wasn't pushy, answered our question cleary and we walked out with a new mattress and box spring in 30 mins.
