I recommend this store to everyone who wants a nice set of furniture that lasts a long time we have had a couch since 2017 and it still looks like brand new

Alan was a very good salesman and explained everything we were getting! He made a sale to me and two of my girlfriends and was very informative! He was a friendly salesman!

I would not recommend this furniture store to anyone who is looking for lasting quality. We spent little over four thousand dollars on leather chairs and couch. Within a year frames bent motors went out on two now all but one are out. The finish on all is very poor and rubbing off of all a very short time after purchase. The five year warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. Sales lady Amanda is very nice and professional in her demeanor. We thought we had found a permanent high quality furniture outlet but we were mistaken.

Save your time. DO NOT SHOP... I hate to give a bad review. I can only say wishing i bought somewhere else. The problem today with most companies is they simply have shareholders that mean more than the customers. sad

Horrible management and they could care less if something is delivered or not. Rude. This has happened twice now, first time said I'd never go back and I did. Huge mistake. Item came and was all scratched but delivery people said they were told to try to get us to take it. We refused. Never heard back, I finally called and the comp were down and they were suppose to call back, they never did. Finally went into store, manager was rude and not helpful. Don't shop here, ever

Usually have what I want. No bickering. Easy delivery and set up. Furniture has a waiting time of up to six weeks or more. I’m getting my table in two weeks. Love furniture Row!

14 months ago we were at the store to buy a tv center then they said we needed to wait one month to receive the tv center and then 8 months passed and we never received the tv center. We went to go talk to the manager to see what happened to the tv center but we asked if we could have the floor tv center but it was broken and my wife said " we don't need need something broken" because the one they had in the store was broken.But the manager said " you can have the broken one for a while till the new one comes in. Now that we got the new one it came in more broken than the other one. It's not painted well, and it's broken from every side. Don't go to buy from this store because all they do is lie. We are to tired to wait another year.

Furniture Row has been great. I bought a beautiful sectional and bedroom suite. I got a great price on both, delivery was on time and Amanda and Jana were very helpful.

Our sales associate was knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy, nor did he follow us around the show room yet he stayed within eye sight. Delivery was prompt and friendly (~2 weeks out from purchase). We've had our sectional for over (4) months now and we're very pleased with it especially for the price.

Awful experience! The salesman was fantastic and very helpful. We ordered our furniture and all was great… our couch finally came in and they brought us the wrong color. All good, mistakes happen, but then they leave us in limbo just saying we are sending a contractor to come get it tonight with no time window as that couch is supposed to be delivered to someone else tomorrow. They claim they will bring the correct couch tomorrow as it’s sitting in the back of the store… they wouldn’t give me a time and just said, “eh, hope you don’t have any plans” basically like the night before. Tried to contact the manager on his cell as he nicely gave it to me when this all became an issue, but now he won’t respond. After spending several thousand $$ there and this after all was there mistake, you’d think they would bend over backwards to fix, but no… it’s somehow became my inconvenience, the customer. Don’t buy from here or at least the Clarksville location!
