No matter what it is you’re looking for try here first. If they don’t have it, they can find it best group of people to work with. Chase, Jessica, Jake are phenomenal at what they do no hassle in the best deals. I’d say within 100 miles.

So I went into store to browse and I found some fishing poles I wanted to buy. Said fishing poles did not have a price. So I asked what the worker in picture what she could sell them at. She said $20..after some negotiations, I agreed to $15 for 3 fishing poles. I later went to counter to purchase fishing poles. The lady behind counter said she couldnt sell them to me at agreed upon price and told me to leave after I became upset after we had already agreed on price. Would not come here again. Hopefully owner can set things right.

First your Property then your $$$ is what their name should be. I never knew there would be so many nimrods left in Clarksville, Like myself,, once and only once,,, who ended up being low balled on their property and then charged Shylock interest so that it’s impossible to buy back your property. How are these loan sharks allowed to stay in business is beyond my understanding. If you walk in the door the stench of foul ashtrays, filthy merchandise, and the low hanging stench of cheap cologne slaps you in your face the same time it hits your nostrils. If you’re looking to be treated like another sucker and U feel like giving away something that has any value then this is the place to do biz. Watch out when U lean on those counters,,that haze on the glass is snot & spit from the last 150 marks before U. Don’t worry about saying Bye when U leave,,they’re already laughing at how U just got taken!!

Do not Pawn anything here! Pick up my laptop and it looked like it had been dropped and it was really dirty on the inside when I opened it. I made sure to clean it real good before I brought it here. I got it home and took the plastic off and opened it. It was dirty and the corner was very scratched up it look like it had been dropped. I called and they denied everything and offered me $40. My laptop cost me over $800 that I bought last summer and I know it was in perfect condition. $40 does not cover the damages on it.

The staff is highly disrespectful my husband went to sell some coins and wouldn’t even give us the time of day to even say hey can we sell this he basically told us to go to a different pawn store that just really bad customer service

These people are the worst!! Do not do business with them! They don't know how to do simple math and tell you that you don't have time to pay on your pawn when you actually do! The reason they give is oh too bad there was 31 days last month but male sure they don't tell you when you pawn something about that policy of theirs! oh but they don't actually start inforcing their policy until after you have given them $500 and only have 2 more payments left before you get your item

Bought many items from them .computers rings tools chainsaw 2 fitbits an Apple watch just to name a few .Then they turn around and screw me on a gun they are keeping my 400$ and are going to resell the gun for full price or somebody thet works there or their family will pay the difference . I understand it's my mistake but but to keep all my money and not try to make some sort of arrangement is rediculas. I will not or will not send anyone to this shop .Shure it won't hurt their business but they won't get my money ever again.
