Always a great store when you need your outfit to be just right. I shop here maybe once a year, because I'm not a big shopper, but some things you have to try on. I know there will always be well-made clothes, a massive variety of style, and plenty of people to help me out. Yes, its a little pricey, but when I buy clothes here, I try to think of getting things I will wear frequently.

extremely rude … I did not get the ladies name i talk to i had a question about a pair of sandals my husband purchased .. And the lady that i talk to was not nice they need better customer care , And they need to learn how to deal with others my husband spent a lot of money there not that id matters … But all i ask her was could i return them and possibly get a different pair and she was not nice at all .. I understand there is a 30 day policy i was only 7 or 8 days off and she said 2 months very incorrect learn how to treat people

I enjoy shopping at Dillard's especially around holidays. When I shop there I know I'm getting quality. They are a little pricey. I have been disappointed. The sales associates are always ready to help

I can’t believe how bad this place has gotten. There’s very few employees here who are actually nice and give you space. This old woman named Terry is always breathing down peoples necks is so disgusting! And some managers clearly don’t know what they’re doing but it certainly isn’t their job! I miss the old management. Me and my children will not be going to this location anymore, St. Matthew’s location is worth the drive compared to this place!!!!
