Went here to find my daughter a prom dress. There were so many dresses to choose from and a great variety of sizes, styles, and colors! She found one super fast and the lady that helped us was amazing and so friendly! The lady in the shoes was just as amazing and over the top friendly! These people seem to really love their jobs and it shows!

I’ve been coming to Dillard’s for a few years now. Whenever I get Cardell, whom I 1st encountered at the home store., it’s always a good shopping experience. He then went to hand bags, I made sure I visited him there and made my 1st designer bag purchase with him. He then was gone for a while, he’s back and in the Shoe Dept currently. I’m so glad he’s back and able to assist me. He’s knowledgeable, wry helpful and lets you know when something does t look right together. He always dresses nice & stays well groomed. If he moves to bedding I’ll follow him there and let him sell me sheets I guess.. Cardell is great to converse with and get a good laugh.Thank you for all of your assistance throughout the years. Don’t disappear again.Good help is hard to find.!.!
