Went in today to buy two pairs of shoes. 3 younger guys working. Asked to try on a pair of hokas. Kid brought them out ten min later. Didn't like them and another associate advised to check out brooks. Kid came back out abd walked right past me and started goofing off with the third associate. Asked to try on the brooks. He said ok and rolled his eyes. Went back and was gone over 30 min. We left

Ordered a pair a Nike Vapormax online for store pickup. Get to the store for pickup, get the box outside and there were an old beat up used pair of Air Force Ones in the box. Obviously no one checked the order before I came out to pick it up. No one had an explanation, nor did anyone including management apologize for the huge inconvenience, as I do not live anywhere close to the store.
Pitiful, bad customer service, non-caring staff and management. Huge disappointment, but they don't care because it didn't effect them. Disgusting

It is difficult to find things. The cashier was great, welcoming and pleasant. The floor staff just stood talking to each other. I asked where I could find something and was told it was on the other side of the store, and the salesperson walked away.
