“ordered items online that were in stock in the store. Easy online experience. Paid online. Welcoming text update to apprise me that items were ready for pick up and held until a certain date. Text said pick up at men’s department. I entered the door at the men’s department and looked right and customer service/online pick up was there. Employee Bradley was cool, efficient and handled himself well. Thank you Bradley.”

“It's ROSS, reasonably clean and generally organized. Tons of options for women, clothes shoes, dresses etc, not nearly as much for men, and hit or miss for kids.”
“Two female employees helped my husband and me buy a display floor model. The SKU bar code had been misplaced, and they went out of their way to call other stores to track down the missing information. The transaction probably took 20 minutes. They were kind and never made us feel as if we were being problem customers. Way to go Kathryn and Taylor!”
“Store was clean, and shelves were stocked. As usual, I had no interaction with Walmart staff, so I'm not certain if they were "friendly" or not! Either way, I wasn't greeted when i arrived, nor did anyone ask me to come back again, or thanked me as I left. Doesn't hurt my feelings. All in all, this store is usually cleaned and in order. Have a fantastic day!”

“Daughter needed a tire replaced and wanted to go to Walmart for a new Cooper All Terrain for her Suburban. Q was the technician who changed the tire and balanced it. From the time we pulled up till we drove away was less than 30 minutes. It could have been even quicker, but someone else pulled up and Q got them signed in also. The previous tire had shredded and the rim was slightly dinged. Q got the wheel balanced and so far has been fine. If a follow up review needs to be made I will do so.”
