If you are in the market for a water softener, this is the place to go. They listened to what I needed/wanted and got me the perfect water softener. It has been working seamlessly for nearly a year. The one time that I had to go into their office, they were super friendly and very knowledgeable.

Been using Culligan services for years. Bought our osmosis system and our water softener system from them. Far away better than most systems that are out there. But that is where it ends. For the past 6 months, deliveries of water and salt have been terrible. Repeated calls and in person meetings have ended with failed reaolutions. Though the staff is very friendly, the results are the same. Deliveries dont pick up the empties, i get charged a bottle deposit and I'm stuck with extra bottles. After repeated requests for salt being delivered, the staff fails to deliver. And now, billing. A rolling late charge for a bill that was never recieved from months ago. Even though every bill is promptly paid before and since them. This charge is still on current statements.At the end of the day, it is just to much trouble to deal with. Its only bottled water and salt delivery after all. It shouldnt be so difficult to keep deliveries and billing straight. Great products.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Scheduling a consultation and installation were seamless. I feel very confident about my decision to purchase a softener. Unfortunately I cannot get anyone to follow up on my requests for salt service. I’m getting plenty of promotional emails though so I know the system works. Come on Culligan, if you don’t want the business or can’t service it, be professional and respond.

Where do I start..... We have had our Culligan water softener now for 2 years and up until the last 2 month it has been perfect. I called and was greeted with a pleasant tone and transferred to the service department... I left a message and received a call back with in 20 minutes. I explained the issue (continues dripping water into the salt tank) and the person scheduled me right away for the next day and was here on time. It took about 45-50 minutes to fix and when I got out the check book to pay the man I was told there would be no charge... Seeing as we have had the unit for two years I was expecting at very least a labor charge. The repair tech said with no issues or calls and he could tell I take care of it he waved off the repair fees, NICE!!! That is service for you, Culligan is about the customer and not the "oh mighty dollar".

I am sad to report that I work for a large retirement home, and this company has their water bottles and machines throughout the business but I came being a black person dressed in regular street clothes, requesting to rent a cooler and a few bottles on the phone they were gung ho about. Yes sir we can get a unit out to you ASAP. We just want you to come in and sign some paperwork when I showed up it was a total different story. The man actually suggested that I bought a cooler from Walmart and said multiple times he just doesn’t want the units to come up stolen now I feel the need to admit on the phone I sound like a very well educated properly spoken white man but when he saw me the whole conversation changed and he stuttered a lot. Also, he quoted that they sell used coolers for 179 and when they met me in person, the price went to 200 same day, I hate to say that they treated me different because they saw I was a black person and I wouldn’t believe it if someone else would have told me that but I experienced it for myself. I hope that this review is something they learn from and decide to treat everyone fare from now on, but I am very ashamed to say. At one point, I was willing to buy from these people.

I have dealt with Culligan for possibly 50 years now. They have always been steadfast and delivered good quality work at a reasonable cost. I am a friggin tightwad, at least my wife says I am, but have always been satisfied with their price and service.

They are always happy to see you and appreciate your business. I guess the supply chain has effected the salt flow as this time they sold me Morton salt. I am not sure if Morton makes salt in Culligon bags didn't ask and I am sure it probably doesn't matter because I ve always been able to obtain salt from them for my softener .

On Monday morning I took a part to Culligan and spoke with John. He has helped me before and knew he could help me again. He said that part was replaced with a new one and would check to see how he could help me. About 5 minutes he was back and had fixed it with a smile. I can't say enough about how helpful Culligan service employee have been.

Not a Good ExperienceSales approach is poor. Called and requested a quote on there systems, arrived somewhat on time, he gave one option and one price. Went outside expecting a decision within 10 min, explained we would get back with them. Sales rep left no info on the system, there company, the price, not even a business card. Not who I’m going to be writing a check for $2,000 to. Went with another company for water softening.

I have been using this Kentuckiana Culligan because they are the only Culligan provider in the area. I was out of town for eight months and needed someone to service and sanitize my Culligan reverse osmosis (RO) system and my Culligan water softener. They arrived and stated that that service was not needed and was unnecessary. System sanitizing is covered on page 10 of the RO manual (Culligan AC30 Reverse Osmosis System) and page 33 of the Culligan Gold Series water softener. I have been sanitizing my water devices since they were installed over 20 years ago. The Service Tech was asked to leave our premises because of his insistence that sanitizing was unnecessary. I'm not sure if this gentleman missed the training on sanitization or what? I went to the Kentuckiana Culligan website a while back and found out that their option to leave a review was not functional, curious. There are other Culligan options in Southern part of our state but none will service me because of the exclusivity of contracts with Culligan Corporate.
