Cassie was great! I had test drove some cars a few other places before I found one on this lot. No one ever seemed to know anything. But Cassie... she was extremely knowledgeable of the cars I asked to look at and made sure to answer any questions I had and provide me with the full information before we ever left the lot!! It was my first big adult purchase, and she made it seem less scary. I showed up several times during the process, and everyone always seemed very nice and welcoming. I did feel like some things got lost in translation and surprised me when I came to pick it up, but I think even with that, she was nice and did what she could to accommodate. The detail of my car could have been a bit better, but that seems to be the case everywhere you buy a car.

They confirmed availability of a specific car and set an appointment time of 5:30 with me only to not have the car available because they forgot to get it out of the shop for it’s oil change. They never told and kept me looking similar cars until I pressed them for an answer. Can’t recommend if you value your time.

I bought my very first car from Nissan today! I bought a 2024 Nissan Kicks. It was a great experience and TJ really helped a lot. He made the whole experience easier and less stressful than it could have been. I definitely will be back in the future.

After our 2020 Murano was totaled I began a search for a new vehicle. I knew I wanted another Murano because of the wonderful safety features that kept me & my husband from being seriously injured. I went to Coyle Nissan and was helped by Franklin. He was very friendly & knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect one. Thank you Franklin and Mike Kim for all your help. I'm sure when the time comes, I'll return for my 6th Nissan.
