I had an appointment scheduled for my car . It hasn’t been starting and I had to jumped it 3 times. I took it in on Saturday 11/4. I was told it was my key fob battery, paid to have it replaced and did my oil change. Well I get home and same issues with the car not starting after replacing the key fob battery . I been coming to coyle for 7 years. I believe my car was looked at in details to diagnose the issue. Nathan was wonderful. He was just trying to help with the issues. He even checked my battery.

Coyle has always been good about getting me in and out in a timely manner with routine services. We noticed that we had what we thought a wheel bearing going out. I called Coyle Thursday morning and spoke with Nathan K and told him my issue and he confirmed that's what it sounded like. Dropped it off that evening right before closing so they'd have the vehicle first thing in the morning. Nathan checked with parts Thursday before we dropped the vehicle off to make sure it was in stock which thankfully it was. So Friday the part was replaced and vehicle was complete with no issues at all. As long as I have my Surburban I will continue to use Coyle and talk with Nathan.

I worked with Nathan Kahle on getting my fleet vehicle maintained. He did a great job of communicating progress and diagnosis of vehicle. They took my vehicle in a day earlier than scheduled and had it wrapped up in less than 24 hours. Was great working with them.

The folks at Coyle Chevrolet in the Service Department are without question the most trustworthy, knowledgeable, reliable, and honest service team I have ever done business with. I recently had my vehicle serviced and all the way from the beginning with my service technician Nathan to the end with the service manager Bob, the communication was superb and the service outcome was outstanding! I highly recommend the Coyle Automotive Service Team!

Noah was my saleman. He was very helpful, honest, patient an not pushy like most car salemans are. I told him what I wanted in a car an he showed me one an I drove it an then he asked me how i felt about it I told him lets do it. He then asked me what range of payment I wanted to stay in an then delivered even with my credit not being the greatest. An getting the car ready in a timely matter for me to drive it off the lot. Anyone needs to buy a car go see Noah at Coyle Chevrolet in Clarksville, Indiana. Thank you so much Noah!! I Love my car!!

Noah is the man. From the second I inquired about a vehicle he was connected, accessible without being pushy, helped me secure a hold on the truck as I was traveling, and followed up in a very appropriate and coordinated manner to ensure I got the service I needed. I’ve been a luxury German brand guy most of my adult life, but my experience with the team at Coyle was top notch and Noah led the way. Next bottle of bourbon is on me!

Nathan Kahle in service was excellent and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was polite, friendly, and treated me like family. He always kept me updated and even if nothing had changed he would still let me know they were working on it. I never once had to check the status of my vehicle because Nathan made sure I was well informed. This by far has been the best service experience I’ve had over the years and finally the issue with my Jeep was figured out and fixed. My Jeep was fixed in a timely manner after the parts had arrived and as soon as it was ready for pick up Nathan let me know. I’m also grateful to the service technicians who found what was wrong with my Jeep. I’ve been trying to get this figured out for years (literally) and no one could find the problem. The technician, Joe Pool, introduced himself and reassured me that he would do his best to find the issue and he did just that! Big thanks to Coyle service!

Jared is the best!!! He did not hover over us like a vulcher when we came to the dealer to look for a new truck. He asked a few questions, introduced himself and said if we needed anything he was there to help. He checked on us a few times, but left us alone to pick out a few trucks and talk privately, and then was helpful in answering any questions and giving us details about financing, etc. Go see Jared!!

Wishing zero stars was an option! We have never had such an awful experience at any dealership or mechanics. Nathan Kahle was the most unprofessional individual we have ever had the displeasure of having to talk to. We brought our Chevy truck to be diagnosed and happily paid the $110.63 charge for the diagnostic evaluation, though when told the price for the replacement gas pedal, they were literally over double the amount of our local mechanic. (I find it's also important to note that this same representative hung up while my husband was trying to ask him questions about picking up his truck once he was informed that we were giving the additional business required to our local small business.)We had our wonderful local company fix the gas pedal and continued on. Unfortunately, The gas pedal was not the issue and the truck presented with the same issues as prior. Due to the technology of the trucks, we called back to the dealership to request further evaluation and were very rudely informed that they would not take our case because we declined their services of fixing the gas pedal initially even though we paid for our diagnostic. I honestly cannot explain to you how rude this individual was and I deal in and with many branches customer service all the time! Please beware! We were aware that a dealership generally cost more than our local small businesses, though we like to support our community and to be honest if something's the same product, ie like our mechanic who gets the part directly from the dealership, why would we not use our trusted guy? Even our mechanic personally tried to call them and explain the situation to no avail. If it's something that required the dealerships involvement, we would happily had them jump in; We even offered them to pay them to redo everything to ensure the quality and we're still rudely declined.I would truly very much caution anyone to go here!

Noah was our salesman. He told me what was available in my price range and had the vehicle I wanted to see ready for me to view when I came on the lot. He was great. No hassle. Went back and forth with the dealership and got us a great deal on a Malibu. Everything was explained step by step, and he was able to get us taken care of so quick, that we still made it home in time for dinner. I give him an A+.

I wish I could give absolutely ZERO stars if possible. They sold me a kia soul with ENGINE PROBLEMS. I took it to kia for a repair not even a month later, I should have known then to trade the car in. When I was finally able to come in to trade or have them buy it back at the very least because the car isn't drivable. They did nothing to help me. I still owe $14,250 and tell me why they reappraised it for $4,500???? When I just got the car from them! So now my credit is absolutely fucked, I had to surrender the car and now I have all this on my credit when the car shouldn't have even been sold in the first place! Thanks alot for adding onto the fucked up year I've already had. I suffered a loss of a child on top of this bullshit. Thanks alot Coyle Chevrolet. Could have at least bought the car back from me and dealt with it, but now I get to deal with this too.

My husband and I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Coyle Chevrolet and Jared was our salesman. He went above and beyond for us and we will definitely be back to see him! He is one of the few car salesman that we’ve dealt with that we actually enjoyed working with! He was friendly, personable, and polite through out the whole process and Coyle’s should count themselves lucky to have someone like Jared on their team!!!

Very disappointing!!!! I found a car online for a very good price. I called the dealership and spoke with an internet salesperson. They informed me that there was a Christmas in July discount and a Fourth of July discount that made the price so low and assured me that that was the correct price. I live two hours away from the dealership. I made the drive to look at the car. When I arrived my salesperson and the manager let me know that the price was a "glitch" and the discounts could not be combined. They would not honor the price that it was listed for!!!!!!!!!!

I was not heard when I stated my concern for the grinding noise in my car. I had waited months for my oil pan and gasket to be replaced. I had the loaner for one day and my car was not taken care of to the fullest. I always pay in full and I'm tired of being taken advantage of. It is hard being a single woman and finding a good trustworthy company to take care of all my car needs. If things are not resolved by this next appointment, I will definitely make it my job to spread the bad review about Coyle Chevrolet Buick GMC in Clarksville Indiana because I have a lot to say.

This was by far the easiest vehicle purchase I have made. I was able to do all the paperwork online and the vehicle was delivered to my home! Noah went above and beyond through the entire process. He was transparent and kept me informed through each stage. I couldn’t be happier with the dealership and am thankful Noah was our salesman!
