I can't say enough great things about Clarksville Collision.
After a irresponsible person hauling junk to the landfill allowed their unsecured load to dump onto the road hit my car, and after some delays with State Farm, Clarksville Collision went above and beyond fixing my car. The part from BMW arrived late in the day today after they fixed everything else, they stayed late got the part installed, did the scan check for all of the electronic sensors, washed and cleaned the interior of my car. They are absolutely fantastic!

They suck! They said it would take 4 days to fix my car. They had my car for 12 days. The freckled face at the front desk is rude. She laughed in my face when I told her how much extra it costs me for a rental bc it took them such an extended amount of time. They did nothing to help me only made things more difficult. I arrived to get my car with everything they told me. The incompetent lady at the front desk tells me I now need an additional paper to pick up my car. So I am stuck at their place of business after paying over 1/2. Then I had to pay nearly $400 in addition to my insurance. They missed my initial appointment bc they used a number they got from my insurance company instead of the number I gave them. They said my car was not ready so I had to pay to rent a car for a whole other day. Then the next day they say it is ready and was ready. So now I had to pay the rental and the difference. I am a single parent to be without a car and you have to pay all these additional cost due to their failures and incompetence is not OK. I do not recommend them! I can not say enough negative things about how terrible this company and people are.

Went in to get some info about car damage from an accident and got all my questions answered. Very helpful about car damage and took time to explain everything to me. Very friendly staff that helped me. Thank you Darren, Nick and Stacy.

This place is awesome!! Stacy was very helpful and anytime I would text her she was always quick to respond!! My car looks amazing and they even cleaned the outside perfectly! Highly recommend them! Customer service is perfection ?
