I buy anything I need for my house, yard and lawn at Home Depot. Not happy with a purchase, no problem customer service will help you get it right. Not sure about a product, ask. You could save yourself a lot of time and energy when someone explains how to use what you are buying.Home Depot has been around for quite awhile, thank goodness!”

“Very knowledgeable staff. No pressuring salesperson. Great prices and they have a variety of flooring and stocked well. They carry waterproof, commercial, residential plank wood laminate flooring. Their prices are about 50% cheaper than your local home improvement store(s). Commercial grade is about 60% off. Perfect if you want to flip an investment home or upgrade your own home with beautiful laminate flooring. I noticed that they also had some solid bamboo at the time I visited.”

“In the Battle of the Big Box Hardware Store, Lowe's has always come out on top for me, the orange one down the street a little lower on the list.I've come to rely on Lowe's for do-it-yourself quick fixes to larger projects. They almost always have the parts/pieces/equipment I need, and often the correct advice.Every major appliance purchase has come from Lowe's, and not only was it at a good price, but also came with great installation.We ended up at this location because we were looking for a Christmas decoration at one location but it was out of stock...but they had it at this location! While I generally bemoan retail outlets that display Christmas stuff too early in the season, I can't deny that this visit didn't actually kind of kick off my Christmas Spirit!I'd like to note and pass along that Lowe's has a great Military discount program. You have to sing up for it in advance and provide proof, but the discount is good for 10% off of just about everything as long as it's not discounted or marked down, including appliances. The orange box store down the road tops that discount off at anything priced over $500, and now has a yearly limit if $400/years. #NotCoolThe Military discount, while part of the reason I prefer to shop at Lowe's, isn't the only reason. They tend to be well staffed and the people, in our experience, have always been great. The drive to this Lowe's is probably double my drive to the orange box store down the road, but is very much worth it.”
