I’m only giving two stars because the older lady was very nice and eager to help. I have a small foot (size 8). They only had a couple pairs of 8’s that were safety toe, and were either hideous or way too tall for my liking. The heavier set blonde hair lady who I assume is the manager said “I don’t know why the height or looks matter they’re work boots”. Mind you these were $300 pair of boots. Completely unprofessional and clearly inexperienced to say something so naive. She clearly hasn’t had to work a 12 hour shift in a pair of 6” boots compared to 10”.
Went to redwing, got a better boot for a cheaper price and much better service. My new go to boot store.

Eugene is a phenomenal associate. We needed new pair of boots for our 2-year-old son. Eugene was extremely helpful and accommodating of these needs. Super friendly with a good sense of humor and very patient. Definitely the type of experience that parents want when shopping for boots for their children! Eugene was so kind and genuine. Sometimes when shopping for a child it is not always the easiest thing to do. He was extremely kind and helpful.

Yesterday I bought a twenty somethin dollar hat I have a hundred dollar bill, well Lesson learned make sure you count your change, I didn't pay attention and count to make sure I got my exact change back, I paid with a hundred and only got back fifty three dollars back when I was supposed to get back seventy three dollars back, I called to tell I realized I only got back fifty three dollars back and they said there's no proof and they're not giving it back and supposedly they wasn't over which is weird because I folded my change I got back with my receipt and later took it out with my money still inside the receipt and it was only fifty three dollars...any way make sure y'all count your change before leaving the store, this was a lesson learned, I will from now on recount my change i get back, their gain my loss....smh ?

I'm Very displeased with the quality of work boots that you sold my son , he has spent alot of money at your store .Less than 3- months after he bought his work boots ,the bottoms ripped and shredded, and left a big whole in the bottom of both boots . When you spend that kind of money on work boots, you at least expect them to hold up for 1-year. If they are a good pair of boots they last 2-yearsI feel bad because I myself have spent a lot of money at your company, I did shop at the Greenwood area store. (Over the years) I bought my work gear from your company. I recommend the store to him for his work gear.Besides purchasing his work boots he has bought lots of other clothing ( boots, belt buckles, shirts Etc) I feel if he would wear the other boots he bought as much as the work boots they would probably break down also. They were even more expensive than the work boots, he only wears them on special occasions. He was proud of the stuff he had purchased from your company, telling everyone to go check out your store. ( And me as well but not know more ) last weekend he had to break down and go Rule King and bye a pair of Wolverine work boots.I'm due for a new pair of work boots, I guess I'll be looking for a new place to shop for my work gear from now on.

Danielle helped me select the exact Timberland Pro Safety toe boot I was looking for. She was so helpful getting me into a boot that was the correct size and super comfortable! She also showed me some boot trees! The boot trees helped my boots last way longer! This is the second time she helped me. I bought my first pair seven months ago. Thanks again! Danielle is the greatest, I will definitely be back!
