Our representative in store yesterday was amazing!! We’ve gone to multiple AT&T stores and they’ve all told us they couldn’t help us we needed to do our switching lines over the phone, and our rep yesterday in store helped me and my fiance switch lines, transfer phones, and sign up for FIRSTNET, we are so appreciative for his help!!

The worst company ever. Service in the store is really bad, and they always charge you for a lot of extra stuff. Don’t waste your money with them.

Brandon Wicks helped us with our new service over to AT&T. He was very knowledgeable about our phones and our cell service. He was so patient and so dang friendly! All the AT&T workers talked to us, just made conversation which was great! You just don't find people in stores like that anymore. We had a great experience and so happy we made the change. If our cell service is as great as our experience in the store, this was a no brainer move!

Came in here due to an issue with our phone. The associates were helpful and were able to upgrade us and save us some money on a bundle deal. Store was well organized and clean. Would recommend.

The Clarksville store is slightly better than Jeffersonville but neither store was any help at all! No customer service or professionalism at all! All they care about is getting you to spend more money. Can't help or try to fix any problems...unless you want to overpay for a new phone and a bunch of excessories you don't need any won't work properly. So disappointed. Never should have switched to At&T

This store does a good job of getting you to sign up and walk out the door with a phone. Just don't believe anything they tell you. They will tell you that you get a gift card between $200-$500 but you don't. They will tell you get $800 off your phone by trading in your old phone but the truth is that you get 36 payments of $22 locking you in for 3 years. They will tell you that there are no hidden fee but there are. They will you that they have great customer service but they don't. You will spend hour talking to robot and an Ai chat bots. The fiber internet is good through which is why they get 2 stars.

My experience was awesome! The salesperson Lafeye was very helpful and professional with my situation, as I had to get my number ported over from T-Mobile. She was very helpful and adamant about my situation! The Clarksville indiana Store is awesome and I appreciate everyone’s help!! #NEWCUSTOMER

Had an amazing experience with Lafaye also known as Faye!♥️♥️♥️ I went into AT&T just to get a iPhone upgrade & She was so nice and delightful. I came into AT&T right at 9 am when they opened & honestly was not expecting half of the amazing experience I got. I immediately got greeted by Faye and directed towards a table to start working on my upgrade, after getting all my information Faye went to go back to get my new phone and also came back with an Apple watch to propose a AT&T opportunity with my plan. I ended up getting a new phone and Apple Watch with an amazing deal in store and on my monthly AT&T plan!!! I just wanted to go out and treat myself this payday with a new phone but because of Faye I was able to leave with an extra gift for myself at hardly any extra cost. Ask for Lafaye (Faye) at this location! (: thank you !!

Spencer put the wrong screen protector on my phone which I had to come back to correct, as well as telling my fiancé she would not be able to keep her phone number that was already active on an ATT account when we were just trying to merge into a family plan and forced us to create a new line, putting 2 lines on my fiancé’s phone instead of just transferring her original number. We later found out we just had to make a phone call that absolutely could have been done on the spot in store. Luckily we went and talked to the manager at a different location and were told corporate locations like this were known for creating “ghost lines” so their employees get commission and we definitely left feeling like we got scammed and were only able to get out issues fixed after going to a different location and coming back with more information that this one would not give us.

I am currently at the store going on 3 hours just came to get internet the store employee and the manager have been on the phone with three different att corporate representatives still waiting for service my wife is upset and left me at the store and I feel that my business and time is seriously undervalued by ATT the only reason that I’m still here is because they are the only provider with Fiber in my area. Very poor experience so far.
