I went to this place about a week ago to get a new dermal stud…she asked if I needed help putting it in and I said yes. Then she says it would be about 45 minutes before she could help me. I told her nvm and I still bought the piercing. Well of course I lost it trying to do it myself, so I go today and it’s the same lady. She didn’t offer help this time but I asked and she told me that since I didn’t get it pierced there then it’s would be a $30 charge.
I said nope I don’t want anything and left. I’m not saying it’s a bad place or anything..I’m really just b*itching because it was kinda annoying.

Took my daughter here a week ago to get her nose pierced. They were all very nice and informative. My daughter kinda felt weird and he laid he back and propped her feet up and took his time. Highly recommend!

They made it so complicated just to go in and buy another stud for my Monroe piercing. The girl that answered the phone today was rude. But the girl I spoke with in person the other day was very nice.

Super happy with my nose piercing that I got done here. The piercer, Matt and his assistant, Sara were so professional and very kind. Loved how Matt made sure that I was happy with the way the hoop lined up and how easy he made the whole process. They were very informative and I LOVED that they gave you cards telling you your gauge and other information about it. They also gave me a card with the aftercare instructions just in case I forgot them. I was extremely happy with this because I had gotten my nose pierced before elsewhere and was never told any information about the nose piercing other than how to clean it. I make note of this because I didn’t know there were different gauges and it made it hard for me to find nose rings. Nonetheless, I am very happy with their work and will only be coming here for piercings now. Thanks so much!

I've come to Matt for a piercing twice and have had great experiences. Super knowledgeable, takes his time, and all around just a pleasant guy to be around. His apprentice Sarah also rocks. I highly recommend Ageless Clarksville for your piercing needs.

Sara and Matt were phenomenal!!! I got my nose pierced at another place and accidentally pulled the piercing out 2 days later (the original piercer wouldn’t do a hoop so I settled for a stud). Sara was super friendly and informative. Matt took his time to ensure I would be happy with the position and look of my hoop. It was a very quick and painless process due to their professionalism and knowledge. Wish I would have found them sooner but better late than never! Matt was incredibly detailed while doing my dolphin bites! I am so in love and will definitely go back for more piercings!Went back to get my nose pierced with a chain added to connect my nose piercings. Sarah was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. From check in to assisting during the piercing, she was there to make sure things went right. Definitely going back again.

i want to brag 100% on these people. they are so kind and professional. they ask all the right questions and give all the right information when needed without having to ask for it. they are kind and patient to questions or nerves during the processes. they have a very clean set up and you have the opportunity to pick your own jewelry. i’ve never had this experience when getting a piercing. the assistant piercer was kind when giving information and they offer their recommendations but not in a pushy aggressive way. they always explain why they are giving the recommendations and strive to give you the exact look you are wanting. the piercer took measurements just to make sure they were even on my ears. very highly recommend this business and will definitely be going back when i need something else.

Spoke with Adam about getting a tattoo. I sent him something of what I wanted. He said he could do something very similar. It need to be a bit smaller fit on my arm and I wanted it to have some color. He is working on the design part for me. Then we will set up the appointment.
