I recently bought a car from Omega International, it’s an amazing car and I had an amazing experience at this shop! I’ve also gotten my regular maintenance done by them in the past so I knew a trustworthy place to go for when I needed a new one! Great business with amazing owners, would 100% recommend!

I was referred to omega March 2020 when my 99 bmw 740i was having transmission problems.During the transmission swap they blew my engine and told me to talk to there insurance agent for a settlement. After receiving a total loss settlement I let begrudgingly agreed to let omega replace engine and transmission which cost all my insurance claim settlement.
I DROVE the car 30 miles back to omega in Oct 23' to get transmission service and engine tune-up
I returned to PICK the car up and it smoked horribly with white smoke and shifted rough on my 30 mile drive home till it went Into limp mode and I had to tow it home. Upon inspection (at another shop) they didn't reinstall transmission fill plug and it ran low and wrecked my transmission. They asked me to tow it back at my cost and warned me they couldn't diagnose engine or transmission codes since they no longer had OBD diagnostic scanner for my BMW. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me

We live local and are fortunate to have Omega in our neighborhood - Because we wanted to support local business, we tried them shortly after they first opened and haven't looked back. They really have everything we want in a mechanic - Service, Price, Competence and Integrity. They get me in right away and can turn around the vehicle in a very reasonable time.
One little touch I appreciate is that they oftentimes take pictures of the problem part and text them to me, which helps me visualize the problem. If I had to, I would drive 45 minutes out of my way to use their service. Alex and Leyna are top notch!

I was desperate on a Friday evening before they closed to get my headlights changed out because both bulbs had gone out. They bent over backwards to help me! They are very friendly and quoted me a price way below what other auto places said they charged. They have my business from now on!
