Richard in the pharmacy took care of my girlfriends medication today and was able to save her some money since she doesn't have insurance. A guy going out of his way to do his job better. Very nice Richard. Much appreciated.

Horrible pharmacy. Was hoping this being in town they would hold a sense of comrade ya know! Take care the locals that allows your business to a keep your lights on. Next time a Dr sends a script don’t worrry about why she made changes or told or us and the rest of the town Elsap

This pharmacy fills my scripts really quickly. Pharmacist is always nice and helpful with warnings and instructions on new meds. Not sure if the other bad reviews are just from people who are rude to the workers and expect politeness back.But the big guy who runs the front of the store is insanely rude and will treat you like a thief for no reason. Forget trying to be polite, dude is just miserable.

The pharmacists are rude and horrible. David and Matt. Go elsewhere. Yes, they are understaffed like all other pharmacies but they are very rude and condescending, go elsewhere!! Also, make sure they give you the right medication and quantity. In addition, I was in the store by the pharmacy and they were speaking loudly while making fun of a customer. A big HIPPA violation. I am calling the pharmacy board. I am glad I have it recorded from my phone!! Stay far away from here, far away!

We have had really great service at this CVS……..always prompt kind and efficient. David and Matt the pharmacists rock and the support staff Jennifer, Mitzi, Richard, Ally, McKynzie, Damon have all been to the moon nice and caring. Sue in the front store is great and the cashier from Georgia is a gem. Yes they are always short staffed and running around but they seem to manage it all very well. This team really tries and always goes above and beyond.

No customer service whatsoever in the pharmacy. Not sure if this is due to being understaffed. If so, I really hope they get the help they need. Stopped by today 5 minutes before they go on lunch (was not aware they closed for lunch) and the lady at the register told the pharmacist he needed to mix my son’s medication and he replied, “that’s great”… About 30 seconds later, my pickup was sitting on the counter. Please be better.

As soon as I walked in, one of the workers give me looks like I’m a second class citizen, There was no “hi” or “how are you doing” I was profiled and looked down upon like I was a thieve, and I felt as he was trying to intimidate me with his large posture. Rude and unprofessional behavior, I will shop elsewhere from now on. Disgusting and revolting.

Worst place I've ever been. Will not be coming back the staff is very rude in the pharmacy department. The lady running the pharmacy tonight needs to be written up. She was beyond rude with me. It is quite annoying for someone being rude when you are just trying to understand what is going on with your medications.

Waited at the pharmacy to get my script. It should have been ready. Was told to "come back" in 15-20 minutes. Came back in 15 minutes and they closed. They told me this just before closing! I would have waited at the register if they were going to pull that. I get times are different and they are busy or short staffed but that is ridiculous. My daughter is in pain. Wow. Just wow.

Both times I went to the pharmacy I waited over an hour for them to fill my prescription. The first time I didn't care. But the second time turned a 5 minute errand after work into an hour wait. They really need to hire more staff.

Worse pharmacy ever! I'd give no stars. They need competition. They filled my mother's (83yrs old) 90 day med with only 30 pills. Charged her for the whole 90 days. Then she tried to call to get it corrected but can never get ahold of the pharmacy. The only way to talk to them is to try get a store manager and they told her they are so busy. Didn't want to transfer to pharmacy. Then she was prescribed B12 shots. They handed her a hand full of wrong needles. Too large. A nurse friend was shocked and went up to get the right ones. Even the staff confirms there's problems. Come on CVS! Get your crap together. Walgreens needs to move in and put you out of business.
