1/26/24 update:This place helps who he wants he did not offer to pay for anything i have emails to prove it and have filed with BBB everything the has said below is a lie don’t trust him. He can say whatever he wants I have facts , have sent to him he offered $100 on $2000 worth of repairs and i have filed with BBB. My recommendation is read all these reviews all of them and ask if you trust the car was taken care of he did not maintenance car fax proves it. Documents don’t lie.Update: several things wrong with the vehicle down to air filters not replaced again please please please do your homework with this car company. Take it to an independent mechanic before signing dotted line. If a car company doesn’t let you do that then don’t buy we just let our guard down as people we knew knew him.We purchased a vehicle from Jeff first encounter was pleasant we asked for the latch spring to pop engine be fixed and after picking it up it was not. After 1.5 weeks of having vehicle the engine shut down and was blown. We now have vehicle at Hyundai as he refused to help or work with us , my daughter spent 8600 on that car and the car fax showed engine checked but not by him and he claimed he serviced vehicle but no records and not willing to offer records to help with our Hyundai claim. I would not buy a vehicle from him without doing severe homework on what service he has done. My other daughter bought a car from someone and it had problems that they agreed to fix as a stand up company Jeff would not even compromise. Check BBB before buying there are claims .

We recently purchased a car for our daughter from Jeff at Auto World. The experience was great! He was not pushy and sold us a great car at an affordable price. Unforeseen problems arose within two days of purchase. This caught everyone off guard as the car showed no signs of a problem. Jeff got the car back into his shop immediately and completely took care of the issue. We did not pay a dime thanks to the given warranty, and Auto World’s willingness to take care of the rest. They are good honest people. I highly recommend them!

From inquiring, inspecting, trading and buying, our experience with Jeff at The Auto World, was refreshing! No pressure sales and easy to work with; while operating under high Christian ethical standards, he was knowledgeable, honest and up front in his communication about the vehicles. It was a pleasure to meet and work with Jeff and I definitely recommend The Auto World to anyone who likes or dreads car shopping!

Bought a vehicle from them and it's 7 months later and it's a piece of junk and needs to be junked. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I had a great experience here! Jeff was very kind, straightforward, and genuine. I got a great deal on a clean, reliable car. Even replaced some parts for me at no cost! I bought the car and have had problems ever since. This is a shady business. The guy didn't tell me the car had eco mode and didn't tell me that the transmission was not good. I recently had trans fluid changed because it was shaking and other problems with the car. The mechanic that changed my fluid said the trans is bad and needs to be replaced soon. I also was not told that the headlight bulbs were bad.

I bought a Honda Odyssey from Jeff. The car had a couple of small issues and he fixed them right away. It's a nice car and it was easy to buy. Give this dealer a try.

I bought a 2007 Ford Edge yesterday from Jeff at The Auto World. I came with a set amount of cash. There wasn't a vehicle within my price range, and I thought well shoot. He asked me how much I could spend. Then he had me trade in my old hunk of junk, and gave me a great discount! So I could afford the Ford Edge on his lot. There was a minor hiccup with the vehicle but, he had me bring it in and got it fixed up in a day. ( I greatly appreciated that too!) The vehicle drives great, and is a beauty! I'm very happy I went to The Auto World to get my newer vehicle! I'd recommend going to Jeff for a vehicle!
