They keep cancelling my prescriptions, even though I asked them not to. I’m trying to work out an insurance issue, and it doesn’t help if I can’t check to have them run it through insurance again. A pharmacy tech told me that I should change the dosage of my meds so that it will be covered by insurance and be more convenient for them. I can’t just change a dosage of the current prescription if that dosage is what’s working for me. You wouldn’t say, “Change your meds, it will be more convenient”, to someone who was on insulin or blood pressure meds. They also almost gave me someone else’s drugs until I caught it. And they put an insurance I had at the time in wrong. They ended up sending me a large check to make up for their mistake of how much I had been previously paying for my meds, due to them putting in the insurance wrong. I’m paranoid they will screw something up every time I go in now. Looking to change pharmacies, I would suggest not coming to this Walgreens.

I have always had such wonderful treatment at this Walgreens Pharmacy. They are always so kind, respectful and willing to help resolve any Ins issue, etc. .

I wouldn't give them one star!! But i had to Walgreens pharmacy is horrible at this location! Rude staff horrible customer service from the the ladies who answered the phones to the pharmacists ! My whole family has moved our scripts to cvs !!! Reported them to the store manager and the pharmacy manager and also corporate

I've been trying to get my prescription filled for days and have been given the runaround. They tell me they never received my prescription order then my doctors tell me otherwise. Getting an honest answer shouldn't be so difficult* I wish I would have read the review before trying here. I only realized once I came to leave a review how bad this place is from others

Terrible pharmacy. They always have nasty bad attitudes and the man pharmacy acts as if he can't be bothered they completely screwed my medication up because they were negligent in not relaying information I should have known . Seriously disgusted with this walgreens it's no wonder no one shops or wants to work there. Get it together and start to have a better attitude please.

I put in refill requests through the automated system like I always have, and the last several times the pharmacy isn't even getting my requests. Then I have to wait days for my medication because they don't keep anything in stock anymore. A particular staff member is rude every single time I encounter her. I have been using this pharmacy for 15 years and it's a mile from my house, but based on the past several months, I'm going to be changing pharmacies.

Do not waste your time scheduling a Covid vaccine appointment at this location. First, you are rudely ignored by technicians- btw, there were no other customers and then when you decided to leave when it was past your appointment time the Pharmacist and Technician thought it was a joke. Ha ha. Never Walgreens. Go to CVS for professionals.
