I ordered an item, waited weeks before reaching out to ask why it hadn’t been shipped yet, I got a response of them checking on it and never heard anything again. I am now disputing the purchase through PayPal to get a refund. It looks like other people have had a similar problem with the shop. Disappointing!

I have been trying to get a hold of the store repeatedly about items I purchased online 3 weeks ago. My payment was processed and my credit card charged, but still have not received my items and can not get a hold of the owner via phone, email or Facebook. I may need to call my credit card company to get my refund...

I rarely write reviews. However as a business owner, I would be remiss not to mention the utter lack of response/customer service from this shop. I ordered three items without any response from the company. Despite repeated phone calls, unable to leave a message, they did not respond to ANY type of correspondence, written or verbal.

Love supporting my local shops. My boyfriend bought me a bracelet for a gift from them and it ended up breaking. I loved it, so I took it back to see if I could exchange it and they did with no questions asked! Great customer service, awesome and unique pieces, and lovely smelling lotions!
