I ordered an item, waited weeks before reaching out to ask why it hadn’t been shipped yet, I got a response of them checking on it and never heard anything again. I am now disputing the purchase through PayPal to get a refund. It looks like other people have had a similar problem with the shop. Disappointing!

I placed an item over a month ago, was charged, and never received the package due to it being "pending". Never received a response.

I have been trying to get a hold of the store repeatedly about items I purchased online 3 weeks ago. My payment was processed and my credit card charged, but still have not received my items and can not get a hold of the owner via phone, email or Facebook. I may need to call my credit card company to get my refund...
