Cynthia is 15/10 phenomenal. She has been doing my hair for years & I wouldn’t want it any other way. I started my nail journey last fall & am so glad I did! She kills it every time.
Hair? Nails? Lashes? Facials? Go here.

Boutique in the front for shopping? Uhm, say less.
My only gripe is that they don’t do Sunday weddings.
Front desk staff is welcoming. The place is very clean.

This after 15 years. Refuse to fix. I went elsewhere for I had to invest thousands as the reputable salons won’t fix someone else’s mess.Tried to resolve with Ms Kranz
Bellami sent a refund of over 5000 dollars for the extensions plus the amount paid to have the defective removed and charged to put the l the new extensions in ( which I was billed for again) plus installation and the salon kept the refund check from Bellami. It cost me around 5000 for one set of extensions and my stylist didn’t stand up for what was right. Everyone there is afraid of the manager( overbearing)

Absolutely ridiculous services. I made an appointment two weeks ago for today at 11:30. They call at 10:30 and ask me to move my appointment to 12:30 , so to help I agreed. Then I show up at 12:30 and they tell me it's going to be at least another hour maybe more. Then they ask if I can reschedule. I have a wedding on Friday, which is why the appointment was made. If I could give negative stars I would.

My mom, sister and I booked massages for Mother's Day at Serenity. We also all had facials. We had such a great experience here. First of all, my massage therapist was Jackie. This girl knows how to give an amazing massage. She used just the right amount of pressure. She was very kind and professional From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and comfortable. Most importantly we could just relax and be pampered. If you haven't been here you must check them out!

I paid $63 for a pedicure and honestly I don’t understand why. This was my first time and they didn’t explain to me the difference in express and super pedicure. Apparently I got the cheaper one in which I added the scrub and was up charged for a different polish. Which is fine but my heels weren’t scrubbed and the paint job was not the best. My feet were soaked, she used the scrub(which I was charged additional for) and she painted them. That’s all. And it’s $63? Seems insane. I would rather save the money and go somewhere else that does more and better.

Favorite place to go for massages. Place is always clean. Staff is always friendly. Cousin works there and is only place I go to get hair done. Seems as though they’re held to a high standard and it shows. Staff is attentive to customer wants.

I’ve been going to Serenity since I was in middle school and I never had complaints. I wanted to book a massage and pedicure for a birthday surprise for my mom. I set up the appointment with staff and paid for the appointment. They gave me a receipt and told me everything was all set for my mom. I checked in with them today to make sure the appointment was still good. They told me it was no longer paid for. They didn’t put the $157 I paid towards the appointment, they just put it in my moms account; which they used on another appointment for her. The woman I was dealing with today was very cold and told me I would have to pay another $157, but to put it on a gift card this time. I told her that I was never told I had to do this and I had a proof of purchase. The woman was very rude and told me I’d have to pay again. That’s over $300 dollars gone on the same appointment. I understand mistakes happen, but I did not need to be talked to that way as I was visibly upset. I don’t have that kind of money to just throw out $157 twice, especially on the same appointment. I was very embarrassed and I don’t think I’ll be back there.

I am so thankful to all the thoughtful staff and providers who helped make my wedding day so special. Special shout out to Jillian & Paige who went above and beyond to make me look and feel beautiful! And to Cynthia, Abby, Stephanie, Aubree, Erin, and Megan, who made my friends and family shine! Thank you for being so kind and lovely to work with! I had my bachelorette party and wedding hair and makeup done at Serenity and the service and the people (especially) were top notch! Thank you so much! My only hope is that Serenity will go down to 6 days a week with Sundays off! The staff all deserve a weekend day off!

I can't give Megan enough 5 stars for her amazing highlights! I've lived in multiple cities over the years and have had to go to several salons for highlights, and I couldn't be more thrilled that the best hairdresser works in Chesterton, Indiana. Megan listened to exactly what I wanted, and the past 2 times I've gone, she's given me the perfect color and style. I'm so thankful I found her!

Found a stylist (Jill) and booked on Facebook for a $20.OO haircut. Confirmed a time and date. Got there with my two daughters and we weren't even on the schedule. Not a great impression of this spa who lets stylists book and then stand up their clients without even putting them into the schedule.

This Spa has a high end experience like you’d expect in downtown Chicago but at reasonable rates. My wife and I both see Joe who is the best masseuse we’ve ever had. We’ve been to Waldorf and other 5 star Spa’s for special occasions and no one comes close to Joe’s experience and technique.

Yesterday I had the most wonderful facial by Nicole. If you need an experienced aesthetician I highly recommend booking Nicole. Her beautiful facial left me feeling totally pampered and relaxed and my skin looks amazing. Thank you so so much!
