I am truly sorry to hear about your health conditions. We have had a very sentimental watch with you since 12/2021, I really would love to get this item back as it belonged to my FIL who passed away. I am willing to come pick it up at anytime if you could please contact me back.

I got great service in the past, but I have two watches in limbo I would like to get back. I understand there has been illness...but still.
