Wonderful, fresh produce and fruit. Went on Labor Day (had no choice, crowded but moved fast). Artisan breads, knob onions and large bulk red radishes that I’ve never seen elsewhere. I shop in Valpo, but will make it a point to shop here more. There’s room for a Jewels in Valpo by the Starbucks on Calumet. . Would be nice to open a store there. It would be busy for a lot of customers on the N side of town. Thanks??

They didn't fill my order correctly and took more than 6 days and didn't even refund items that where not fulfilled. I will not be shopping there ever again. Where do they get these people.

To put it simply, this store is my childhood. I grew up visiting this store, and I continue to. Many of the same employees who were here when I was younger are still here, and are great. I very rarely have problems here, just the occasional issue of something on sale not being available. Any problems I do have are quickly addressed. I will continue visiting in the future!

Seamus was rude and condescending. I accidentally put in a wrong phone number and in response he was disrespectful to my wife and I, overly abrupt when “helping” us. A bad day is one thing, but people don’t deserve to be treated like that.

Produce section is always MOLDY and terrible selection to choose from. Nothing is fresh. Many expired products. Ordering pick up is a nightmare as I always get an email saying my order is delayed and the pickup cut off time is at 8 pm and my order still isn’t ready at 7:45pm! Had a huge mess recently with my groceries and manager never reached out or apologized. Terrible!

I enjoy certain aspects of the store and what it offers, but to be ripped off almost every single time I shop here (for literally over 30 years) has come to a head.
I use my phone #, I clip the U coupons and everything required but don't receive the sale prices, which costs ME a ginormous amount each trip into this store. (The clerk has seen on my phone they're clipped)
I should be able to run into Jewel and buy grapes and water (both on sale) and be out within a MAX of 10 minutes.
When that alone takes AN HOUR: to get the items in the cart, go through the line just to have to have prices fixed, and THEN a manager to Price override each one THEN they HAVE TO scan at the end to enable me to pay ... WTH!? Stay there until the issue is remedied and stop taking off every 3 seconds.
My "quick trip" was longer than if I just drove to Straks or another store where they don't have pricing issues with over 90% of their goods!!!!!!

All of your stores are tricky. You place things by signs that have nothing to do with what’s on the signs by the item. Jewel is the most dishonest when it comes to merchandising. You run out of the sale item but have the organic pricy stuff. I can’t tell you how many times that has happened. I watch everything that gets charged and it never fails, tricked again. You trick your customers and your prices are way higher than other stores. Your people are rude and unhelpful. No wonder why Jewel has only 2 stores left in NWI. Both stores suck!
